I brought in my shaggy area rug that was slightly matted from previous use and had a new stain from an accident that my dog had on 4th of July due to fireworks. I tried washing it myself but had no success, so I called around and was lucky enough to find Appleby.
When I first called in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who told me the details of how they clean the rug, which I really appreciated. They gave me a great quote that was very competitive and I proceeded to drop off my rug that day. The gentleman that I spoke with was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. It was ready to go within about a week and a half which I didn't mind at all.
Upon picking it up, again I was greeted warmly and had the rug taken out to my car. When I got home and rolled it out, I was legit AMAZED! It looked better than when I first got it, and they definitely got the smell out from the accident my dog had.
Overall, I am more than happy with the service, price, and expertise. I would most definitely and will be referring anyone I know to come and get their rugs cleaned by Appleby. Thank you so much!

Everyone was friendly and the quality of the work was terrific. It was easy to make an appointment; I got excellent directions for preparing for the carpet cleaners' arrival, I received an email and phone call in advance of the appointment plus a text from the two cleaners, Henry and Gio, when they were on their way to my home. When they arrived they explained their materials and how they would work, and any time they found a problem, they explained what they needed to do. The waxed papers underneath each leg of furniture to protect the wood slid out easily today after the carpet dried. A day later carpets are still a little damp but on their way. I highly recommend Appleby Cleaning and Restoration.

The technician arrived within the time expected and was courteous and very thorough. He cleaned the upholstered pieces and the area rug very carefully and rotated the area rug for me on his own initiative. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I recommend Appleby most highly.

We recently had our slate floor tiles and grout cleaned and our marble countertops honed and polished by Appleby Cleaning. Both look like new. The result was better than expected. The Appleby crew was amazing. They were on time, efficient, professional and took the time to make sure we knew each stage in the process. I would highly recommend them.

I've used Appleby for 3 years and the work is consistently excellent. They pick up and deliver area rugs -- with excellent results. Carpet cleaning is thorough with extra attention where needed. They also do a fantastic job of cleaning stone surfaces and most recently, their work on a bathroom in my home literally made the floor look new. Outside, they removed dirt, mildew and such from our aggregate patio and pathways. They are experts and worth it!!!

I don’t know if more could be done to remove stains and dirt at corners of doors but I wasn’t as happy as I had hoped to be. May have been hoping for too much.

We had our floor tiles cleaned and resealed. Mark was there for us every step of the way. He was always there to answer questions, was flexible with the logistics, prompt to respond to calls, pleasant and accommodating. His workers were always on time. respectful, helpful in moving furniture, and did quality work. I could not have been more pleased with their work. I also had them restore the grout in all of our kitchen counters and a bathroom. Again the work was quality and the workers skilled and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Appleby to anyone needing tiles or grout restored.

They did a beautiful job on oak flooring in our kitchen that I thought was beyond repair. I wish I'd taken before pictures. I almost looks like a new floor. They were also punctual, helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with, and they addressed any concerns I had.

Gio protected the floors from the equipment and hoses. The carpet cleaned up beautifully. The spots and tracking disappeared. Very satisfied.

This is the second time I have had Appleby's restore my marble kitchen counters and Spekva hardwood island. They are very professional and do great work. The made sure there was no damage to the kitchen cabinets and the kitchen was immaculate when they finished. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
