The technicians arrived on scene one, were friendly and professional and handled a very tough job expertly. They even took time to provide an estimate to my neighbor in a very friendly manner.

His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the extra care he took—placing cones to protect the walls and ensuring everything was spotless afterward. The floor now looks and feels brand new! When they were done with the service, the tech had me turn on our heater leading to dust, dirt, and debris blowing from all 13 vents throughout our entire home for several minutes. It was like 13 fog machines hitting our entire home making it hard to breathe and see. I had to evacuate my 1 year old and 3 year old daughter along with my pregnant wife. There was debris in our closets, dressers, and kitchen cabinets. Everywhere and everything blanketed in debris—beds, cribs, toothbrushes, infant clothing, kid toys, electronics, furniture, etc. I am shocked and dumbfounded.

Clean Floors!!!
My floor were so dirty. The Stanley Steamer team, Damion and Jose did an amazing job. My stairs and kitchen floor look great. Would show before but it was embarrassing. 😳. They were really nice and went over areas to show me that grout lines needed to dry. I have Frisia carpet so it’s hard to see how clean at night but I promise you it is 10 Xs better!

David arrived promptly in the middle of his arrival window and got straight to work. 3 bedrooms, 2nd floor landing and staircase. Prompt, courteous and professional. 90 minutes from arrival to departure!

Terrific started with Tawny scheduling appointment, Lance at dispatch and field guys Pat and Jose were phenomenal, friendly and efficient. Would recommend Stanley and all crew involved to family and friends.

Nathan was professional. He communicated with me through the entire process. My grandmother's bedroom carpet and stairs look fantastic.

Nathan arrives within the stone window with a 15 minute text heads up. He walked through each space first and discovered what each area needed. He was friendly and a good communicator. I’m vary happy with the clean carpet and upholstered dining room chairs.

Our carpets were a mess. Lots of kids in spaces, eating, drinking, creating and spilling created a lot of stains from mid August until now. I am so impressed with the work done. I can’t believe the difference. I wish I had before photos to show everyone just how happy I am with the results. I highly recommend!

Technicians Bart and PJ were FANTASTIC!! They arrived on time, were very personable, clearly explained the process for both the air duct and carpet cleaning, and provided no interruption to me as I worked from home. PJ periodically showed me what material came out of the air ducts, including what appeared to be a wadded-up bundle of insulation, all which proved my air ducts really needed cleaning! They both worked very efficiently, and I cannot say enough how impressed I was of their work ethic as demonstrated in their excellent service to my home. THANK YOU!

I was actually wanting to use a small business local in Alameda but the one I called didn’t offer a post protection as Stanley Steemer did with Deodorize, Clean & Protect and since I have 2 large dogs, went with SS even though they were initially higher in cost. After they arrived and Oscar looked at what needed to be done, he mentioned the cost would be less than what the website had for the initial quote.

I have course accepted and in about an hour, they finished two rooms and two staircases Nice and quick and it looked great I would definitely use SS again.

We had the hole house carpets,couches, and Mattresses cleaned and sanitized professionally.

Eric did a Most professional job.
Extremely helpful. Eric is a very hard worker and goes the extra mile making sure he doesn't miss an area.
I will ask for him back as soon as we remodel one of our bathrooms.
