Deandre came to our facility and was very knowledgeable about his job . He was very friendly and was not in a rush to complete installation. Was very respectful when it come to screening and had no problem following our covid-19 guidelines. I would definitely recommended his services.

The Monterey County Deputy Sheriff's Association had scheduled a law enforcement training, and the building were the training would take place encountered a last-minute problem. The HVAC unit malfunctioned only a week before the seminar was scheduled to occur.

In a bid to resolve this situation, I discovered United Rentals online and reached out to them.

Allen, from their team, proved to be incredibly helpful in meeting all the requirements to successfully host the training. They efficiently assembled the necessary equipment, offering reasonable rental rates and even providing delivery and installation services. This latter option was a fantastic relief, as I would not have been able to install the equipment independently.

When the HVAC went out at our retail location, United processed the quote, gave an ETA (which they were right on time for), and delivered and installed an industrial air conditioner within hours of my initial phone call. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced (thank you, Alexsis!). Our employees were melting and United saved the day!

All semi truckers think before u come this place. Legally not truck route. No docks. They want u to blind spot backing into their small entrance. In front of them residential area with cars parked on street nd multiple signs for No trucks. Can't make u turn once their. Navigation says rerouting from their not allowed or prohibited for trucks.

I had a great experience at the U.S Air Conditioning at the San Leandro location. Everyone from the office staff to the warehouse staff was polite and helpful. They went the extra mile to help me with all of the parts and answer all my questions. I would recommend this location it’s one of the best!

We had a persistent dusty smell in the house that seemed to get worse whenever the AC was running. Liam performed an air duct cleaning service and found several years' worth of accumulation in the returns. He used a high-powered vacuum and a specialized brush to get every bit of debris out. He also performed a furnace cleaning to ensure the entire air handler was spotless and efficient. The smell is completely gone, and the air in the house feels much "cleaner" and lighter now. He was a very professional and polite technician who did a fantastic job.

By far the best option for A/C and Heating help in PML. Chris is knowledgeable, responsive and fair. I highly recommend, and he lives here so that is a bonus!
