Thoroughly impressed with Comfy end to end. Had A very professional diagnostic who went above and beyond to explain what was going on, presented options to repair and recommended replacement (due mostly to age and likelihood of continued issues). Im sorry I cannot recall his name.

Austin came to bid a new system, and we ended up talking about a few ways to manage the house including a larger overhaul. We went with the more urgent need to replace the broken furnace.

Had Carlos out for about 5 hrs for the installation. Arrived a few min early, and completed about an hour faster than Austin indicated. Polite and friendly, worked steadily/quietly throughout. Familiarized me with the new system before cleaning up and heading out.

Would not hesitate to call next time.

Rivera’s Heating and Air installed my mini split AC and heating unit just before the crazy heat wave of 2020. Now it’s late Fall and we’re getting hit with icy cold days. My unit has literally been working 24/7 since the day it was installed more than six months ago, and I could not be happier with my investment. The install was fast, it looks professional, great care was taken with my property during the installation. Everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. The unit itself was more expensive than I had initially planned for but, in the end, I’m glad I spent a little more to get such a reliable workhorse. Oh, and it’s quiet!!

I have never dealt with anyone more capable and more honest than Marcos is. What a comfort to know there are still professionals like him.
