I recently had an AC tuning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I got the referral from Home Depot, and I’m so glad I chose them. They were extremely quick and responsive when it came to scheduling the service, which was a big plus for me.

The technician who came to my home was Hilder, and he was fantastic! He arrived on time, which I really appreciated. Hilder was very sincere and took his time to thoroughly check everything inside the home. He didn’t just rush through the basics but checked all the vents, the compressor, and every part related to the AC system.

What I loved the most was how detailed he was in explaining everything to us. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm and a clear understanding of the system. His approach was very professional, and he was so responsive, addressing every concern I had with a lot of patience.

He worked for almost an hour, ensuring that everything was in top condition. The level of service provided was excellent, and I felt confident that my AC was in good hands.

Comfy had proven to be knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. After a large, well-advertised repair company offered to fix my problem by replacing a major part of my heat pump at great expense , Comfy was able to fix the problem at the point of failure, saving us a major expense. Seems like they know what they are doing, and do it well! Highly recommended.

During the recent heat wave in the East Bay, our aging AC unit (over 20 years old with zero maintenance history from the previous homeowners) finally gave out. Recently had a new HVAC system installed. Got quotes from 3 companies and Comfy was the best by far. System was installed within a few days of me approving the project. Installers arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Job was completed on time, and the guys did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Outstanding service! We have a very old furnace, I got the pilot lit but it just wouldn't kick on when we turned the thermostat up. I called Comfy Heating last week and the polite receptionist answered and told me they had appointment times available within a few days. Very easy to set up the appointment. Hilder showed up today 15 minutes early, tools in hand, and a smile. He asked a couple questions and quickly got to work. In what seemed like no time at all Hilder determined that it was an electrical issue and narrowed it down to a burned out transformer. Hilder quickly had it changed out with a new part and the old furnace breathed life once again. Now I'm sitting in my warm comfy home and everything is working as it should. I'm even more grateful that Hilder took his time to figure out what the problem was. These days I find many companies would rather quote you on the removal of the old unit and sell you whole new furnace instead of troubleshooting an older model. Hilder saved us time and money.
