Comfy Heating cares about long lasting relationships with their customers and we could see that all along the way. Austin did an excellent job in recommending the most efficient heat pump system to us and he got every detail right. Since it‘s a major investment my husband and I did a lot of research about heat pump systems and their efficiency ourselves. Austin was always spot on. Comfy Heating is working with different brands - Carrier and Bosch - which allows to get the best quality for an affordable price.

My husband and I had different additional requests and Comfy was able to accommodate them all. All together at a very competitive price. I interviewed about 6 companies over the course of two years. Comfy was the best of all. We did have a couple of further adjustments that had to be made after the install, but Comfy Heating made sure that we were 100% satisfied in the end.

Sergio Valadez is the best! Came over and solved the riddle with my our heater was going in and out with cold air. Now we have some heat and before the New Year!

Out of three companies, Comfy was the least expensive, not cheap, least expensive. For the price and the product installed it was worth every cent. Our home is much more comfortable with the new furnace and maintains a much better constant temperature. The employees arrived at the specified time, showed good knowledge of the installation process, respected our home, and left nothing for us to clean up. I recommended Comfy to our neighbor and she had both a new furnace and air conditioning installed. She was as satisfied as we were. Highly recommend this long standing family owned company. And Candice was a great person to work with.

Comfy - top notch professional service. Unlike other companies, they always answer the phone and making appointments is seem-less. And the service technicians are incredibly professional (and friendly). Ron came and immediately diagnosed the problem - unit’s fan broke. He ordered the part and returned to replace the broken part. He explained the problem and the fix clearly - and was very transparent about the time it would take to fix. I also had some questions about the 2nd unit, and he immediately shared his findings and we patched it. I’ve tried many companies, not Comfy has been the most open, transparent and professional. I will get their maintenance package cause I don’t think there is a better team out there. Ask for Ron - he is a great service technician!

Highly recommend Comfy for any AC needs. We needed our old AC unit/furnace replaced and received an absolutely absurd quote from another company. I reached out to Comfy and they came over ASAP, with a quote that was way more reasonably priced. Comfy replaced my A/C and heater with a new condenser and an electric heat pump. They did a very good, professional job from start to finish, taking care of the required permit and hooking me up with great financing. The workers who came to the house were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing, even when they ran into a problem because the new heater was larger than the old one and it was difficult to install it in the current closet. They worked very hard in difficult circumstances and got it all done, leaving my house as clean as it was before they arrived. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First of all, I was so nervous about having someone come out to look at my furnace because I felt it wasn’t working properly. Comfy sent out this gentleman named Sergio what a joy he just took all of my anxieties away about having my system repaired he even made suggestions of things I can do for better flow in my home. Sergio gave a lot of Suggestions on my filters, when to change them, how to change them, where to get the best one as well as, information regarding some of the work that was done on my system before. I appreciate him pointing out a few things that I did not know about. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with teaching me how to use my new thermostat as well. I appreciate you, Sergio you’re the best!

Sergio from Comfy heating came to install a new thermostat for me. Unfortunately, the thermostat that I had purchased wasn’t going to work because it needed a C wire. He offered me some very expensive options (installing a new c wire, or selling me an expensive thermostat that didn’t need a C wire) but when I didn’t want to do either of those things, he came up with a third option that was much more affordable for me. I appreciated being given options. He was a very friendly young man and did the job efficiently and effectively. I have a new working thermostat! Yay!

We’ve been happy with Comfy’s service since they installed our HVAC system in 2017. During today’s furnace tune-up, Sergio was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. We will continue to call on Comfy for our HVAC needs.

Sergio did an excellent job from beginning to end. He called me and said he’d arrive within 30 minutes and did. He diagnosed my problem and installed a new thermostat. He showed us how to work the new thermostat. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. I am going to call Comfy and schedule maintenance on my furnace and I will ask for Sergio to return. The

Carlos and Pedro both did a wonderful job replacing our old furnace. They came in early and got the new furnace all installed and working in about 5 hours or less. They were very efficient and thorough and made sure everything was clean before they left.

Luis and Claudio did a wonderful job installing our new furnace. They were early to the job site, provided great communication, worked cleanly and efficiently and kept me informed of the installation status. They needed to relocate the thermostat and provided great advice for its new location. We are very happy with the work done by them.

They seemed nice and competent. Then the guy pronounced, without even looking at any pricing, "Impeller motor, $1800." I googled a little and saw the part was $150 and the work was one hour, so I called someone else. He said he'd do it for $600. When his tech came, he flipped the power switch off and on and the furnace started working. Still working.

Their response says that the problem will come back. Maybe, but how do you explain wanting $1800 for a $600 job?

It turned out the problem was a faulty pressure sensor. It cost me $220 to get it changed. The motor is in great shape and was not the problem. I strongly recommend avoiding Comfy. Their tech was completely in error and did not detect the bad pressure sensor.

Very happy with Comfy's heat pump installation. They scheduled and managed the asbestos abatement and permitting. The pricing was transparent. The workers were friendly and professional. When an issue came up, Miguel explained both the problem and solution to me before proceeding. The installation was completed neatly and is working perfectly

Austin was my guy from start to finish, and I really appreciated the way he handled everything. I'm a very particular person in general, and his communication made the whole process feel easy. The estimates were thorough and meticulous, so you always knew exactly what you were signing up for. I'm pretty sure I put him through the wringer at times, but he was consistently patient and professional.

He and his team even convinced me to go in a different direction from what I originally planned. In the end, I'm glad I listened, I'm extremely happy with my new setup. Not only do I now have both heat and AC, but they also helped minimize the visual impact of the mini-splits, which was a big deal for me.

The install was great too. Miguel was respectful, answered all my questions, and kept me informed anytime something didn't go exactly as planned. Overall, the team really worked with me to get things right, and I appreciate the effort they put into the project.
