Amazing service! He fixed the issue and also was able to give us more advice on our AC and heating units.

So my issue was that my AC unit in the backyard stopped working. I changed the capacitor but it still wouldn’t start. I suspected the next issue may have been the contactor but I didn’t have the time to work on it. So I called Spot Free in the morning and they were at my house within 2 hours! They diagnosed and did a couple fixes for me which included replacing the contactor, adding a hard start kit, fixing the frayed wires and refilling the coolant. Keep in mind my AC unit was about 20 years old and parts for old things are often scarce but Spot Free had everything on them! They were in and out of my house in an hour.

I appreciate their amazing work. I highly recommend these guys. In fact, I plan to reach out to them when I am ready to replace my aging AC unit.

The heater went out in my Mom's 45 year old home. Anson was a referral who gave me a quote on the phone. He was also flexible with scheduling. He came over to take a look at everything and explain A/C and heat pump. We ended up replacing the whole heater system, purchased our own nest thermostat and they installed it. We'll do AC another time, this time we just did the heater. Everything was $6,700 for our 1,400 sq foot home. Brandon and Sergio came over to do the install and they were very respectful, efficient and kind. They even put up with my barking dog. Brandon walked me through the Nest Google Home set up which was very helpful. Anson took payment easily over the phone afterwards and we were good to go! I would recommend him to friends and family.

I reached out to this company a few months ago for HVAC services at a commercial property. There was an error in communication and I received a bill for services even though the technician could not get access to the unit. I called today to inquire about the statement. The company representative spoke to the business owner about the situation and they voided the charges. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate the way things were handled. Very kind and professional. I cannot comment on their services, but judging by the manner in which the business owner handled this, I can say they are a company that stands by doing what is right.

I found Comfy Heating And Air Conditioning in Home Depot. Comfy installed two heat pumps for me. Salesman Austin, the technician crews Claudio, Carlos Jr and Jefferson were all very professional and easy to work with. I had a smooth and pleasant experience in whole project.
