I called into their office on a Saturday morning (this morning) hoping to schedule someone to take a look at my washer. I knew it was the weekend and I would have understood if someone could not make out to me until the work week. I figure since they were a local company, I could give them my business and also probably have someone come by soon. I got a hold of someone and described my problem, the gentleman, said and I quote, "I'm sorry sir but we don't have anyone we can send out today or tomorrow. Good bye." He then hung up without offering any sort of solution or giving me a chance to respond. I called back and got a female rep. I told her that I had just called in and spoke to a gentleman, who was very rude and hung up on me, without even giving me a chance to speak. I told her that I would leave a review that would reflect the level of courtesy they gave me. I believe they tried to call back. I just wanted someone to take a look at my washer, I was willing to work on their schedule., instead I was brushed aside and they hung up on me. Atrocious way to treat potential customers.

I was experiencing issues with my dishwasher and ended up having to call them and they gave me the best price and also the best service and were able to fix the same day

I’m not a person to write reviews, however I don’t want anyone to have to experience what I experienced. Please consider using another appliance repair company if you want your appliance to be fixed by a professional technician. I say this because The repairman didn’t fix my wash machine. He said he didn’t know how to fix it. He didn’t know what to do, to fix it. He worked on it for a while after making several phone calls. He literally hung his head down saying he had to go to his next appointment, that he took too much time on my washing machine, as he was rushing out of my house. (I actually felt concerned for him and confused at the same time) I asked what about fixing my washer and he said he would call me later (I trusted he would) and that was 6-6-25 and it’s 6-16-25.
I selected this company because they said they were a family run business. I’m from the country and family run businesses have integrity, friendliness and willingness to help their neighbors and my apologies to say, I didn’t experience this family run business having any of these qualities.
Furthermore, I shouldn’t have had to pay for a service charge when the technician isn’t qualified to do the job. My time and your company’s time was used unwisely.

We have used B&B appliance repair 3 times over the past few years. Simon shows up when promised, gets the job done with very fair prices. I like his honesty. When he doesn’t think it’s worth fixing because it’s likely to fail again or the repair is such a PITA to do that labor costs would be > the value of the appliance he tells you even when that means he loses the repair $. I recommend him highly.
