this company! It’s a family-owned business, and the technician, Simon, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even gave me tips on how to save money on my appliance — something you don’t often see, as most companies and technicians are just focused on selling you products or services you might not need. Simon was kind, honest, and truly professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

We had a great experience with this company and it was the first time we used them. They arrived within the time frame promised and the technician knew exactly what he was doing. The refrigerator was repaired with some instructions for the tenant. We will definitely use them again and tell our friends.

We had a few other people come and take a look at our dryer and no one could tell us what was wrong or confidently tell us how they could fix the problem. Best & Beyond was able to identify the problem immediately and fix it same day. We are so happy with their service and will only be calling them in the future for all our appliance needs!

My refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Technician came out the same day figured it out in a few minutes, And came the next day with the part. It took no longer than 20 minutes to diagnose and repair. Technician always arrived during the arrival window and was polite. Will definitely use this company again.

Vlad was personable and quick to diagnose my dishwasher needing a new motor. Let me know my options and even fixed a problem with it being bolted incorrectly That I hadn’t mentioned.

I called Best and Beyond after another company’s repairman said the problem with our refrigerator was a faulty motherboard and it would cost around $1000 to replace. Vitalii determined the compressor needed Freon. He was right. Total cost: $200. Refrigerator still working fine a week later.

Good, fast service and communication. Knowledgeable technician. Diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator on Saturday afternoon. Ordered the replacement part on Monday, and installed the part Tuesday before noon.

Very knowledgeable repairman. Looked at the most common issues on my model and determined the proper parts that needed replacing. He was straightforward and advised if the problem was more complicated the repairs would not be warranted. Fortunately there were only inexpensive parts that needed to be replaced.

The absolute best service team. Anastasia and Simon are so professional. They have been servicing our industrial fridges for my restaurant for years now. So much knowledge and always are punctual and effectieve. Ty guys

The technician was nice but what he did was not sufficient not even to put more Freon in my very expensive refrigerator.. he did not garenty his work..after charging me $200 … after 2 weeks I call an other company that did much better and identified the leak in my fridge. Also put more Freon but this time clean the system with that seems better equipment and spend time cleaning and refilling the Freon … both companies asked a large amount of money to replace the all coil system and could not garenty the length of the fixing if that done. The refrigerator is a kitchenaid built in refrigerator put by previous owner very expensive unit and almost impossible to replace with same type of unit. I am mostly upset at Kitchenaid selling a 10K refrigerator that did not last as according to manufacturer expetencie ..now I am waiting to see how long the second repair will last.

Vlad came out to diagnose our gas oven, not reaching proper temps. Igniter was ordered and he came back next day and installed igniter. At that point he coukd tell that the mother board was faulty so we ordered that. A few days later Vlad came back and installed mother board and BAM.......oven and convection both working perfectly.
Vlad was polite, humorous and a grwat addition to our community here in San Marcos/ Vista. Lucky us to meet him and put BEST & BEYOND phone number in our contacts. Thank you Vlad, and thank you Best & Beyond!
