They are very attentive to your needs and make sure you are taken care of. Also, very good communication skills and customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

Fantastic service and communication from the entire staff! Booking an appointment was so easy! Vlad was a very knowledgable and professional technician. I just had to give a review for this company because of their timely response, but more so their honesty. I reached out to the company because my office refrigerator broke down. They were flexible to schedule with me given my unusual business hours. Ana later contacted me to give me more information about possible cost of repair to help me decide if I still want to keep the appointment. My office mate and I did not end up using their services as it was not going to be cost effective but I'm so grateful for their honesty. I know that if I need any repairs in the future, they will be the first number I call! Thank you Ana.

Excellent experience with Best & Beyond. I've been working with them for a few years and they are always punctual, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Explains the problem in clear, simple terms and completed the repair efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

Serigio was amazing in support of the repair. It took some visits to fix the oven/microwave, but he completed the job and was the only one who was willing to get the repair completed. I bought this oven combo from Home Depot about 2 years ago. The manufacturer Frigidaire (Electrolux) and they were non- responsive and the oven was broken for almost 2 months your company has my business and will refer any family & friends if they need a trustworthy repair company.

Vitalii recently came out to take a look at our 12+ year old dryer that was on the fritz. He arrived on time, was very professional and polite, and was able to diagnose the issue and repair it for us. We were thrilled considering the age of the dryer and that it saved us quite a bit from not needing to purchase a new one.
