I’m so happy we decided to go with Zier! From the get go they really do invest in making sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision during the quotation process. Tim Brown was assigned as our project manager and he was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Never pushy in any way which I absolutely appreciated so much. Tim was always very responsive and absolutely went above and beyond in so many ways. I like to have all the detailed information for every stage in the process and he absolutely delivered. If something wasn’t executed exactly as we discussed, Tim was on it working with the team to adjust before we even noticed. I don’t know if we just got super lucky with scheduling but it was all very smooth. We love our pool and are so happy with our decision!

He made sure the project went smoothly. Jay and Freddy came to our home many times to oversee the project and make sure everything was on time. We highly recommend using Zier Pools for your backyard project. They are honest and professional.

Zier Pools is a top notch group to consider when looking to add a pool and alter your outdoor living space. They were kind, courteous, patient, HONEST, very responsive, and professional. After the project they continue to do check in calls because that’s the character and culture they live out. We interviewed a couple of companies and it was apparent we wanted to work with them after the first meeting.

In mid-2018 we began our search for a pool builder to help us build our dream pool. We had met with various pool builders. They came in all shapes and sizes from slick salespeople to builders that didn’t have a clue. We came across the Zier Pools website and truly fell in love with what we saw. We had a feeling that this was the company that could bring our dream pool to life.

Jay came to our home to take in the property and listen to our vision. The key word here is listen. He heard us and was able to turn our vision and dream into a reality. Jay was always true to his word and met every one of his commitments. We never had to second guess anything that he told us. We were lucky to meet everyone during each phase of the build. They were all so gracious and put in the quality of work as if they were building their own pool.

Jay was always present at each major stage of the project and constantly communicated with us. He helped us with critical decisions regarding tile choices, pebble color, coping, etc without pushing us into spending more on something that wasn’t right. At the end of the project, we were blessed with a manifestation of our vision which was on budget and on time. We are so incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to work with Jay and his team. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Jay and the entire Zier Pools team.

If we could give them 100 stars we would. Going into the pool process can be daunting. Anyone that's embarked on this journey knows the research shows pool companies rarely finish on schedule and on average have a 30% overrun. Zier proved the research wrong!

From the moment we contacted them, it was professionalism at it's finest. The first meeting was at our house with our potential PB, Matt Bagby, who just has a great, laid back personality. Don't get that confused with a lack of knowledge , because he explained the entire process that day in our backyard. He really listened to what we wanted, our concerns and our fear on embarking on such a large project. He was on top of everything from permitting, to ground breaking, and all the way through the build. What I really appreciated was Matt's standard of work. If it didn't meet his level, he would have it redone, period. We spoke to him multiple times per week. In a sense, he became our best friend during the process because we spoke to him way more than any of our friends. He didn't sugar coat anything, either. If there was a problem, he met with us to discuss how they were going to remedy it.

Honestly, the entire Zier team was like family. They''re so nice and their craftsmanship is 110%. Each Zier employee, I felt, was just as excited for us to get this pool as we were, and that's hard to find, especially in such a long, arduous process.

At the end, Zier finished ahead of schedule and on budget. No delays (seriously, not one) and ZERO overruns.

If you want peace of mind, professionalism, QUALITY, Zier is for you. You will have zero buyers remorse and you may even miss them all when the pool is done. We have used our pool/hot tub every single day since they finished (about a month ago), and we couldn't be happier.

Truly one of the best contractors and people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We’ve worked with quite the number of contractors over the past few years and none have been as communicative, honest, hardworking and passionate about their craft as well as the customers satisfaction. Matt Bagby was our assigned point person for our pool project and he immediately made us feel comfortable with moving forward with Zier Pools. They made us feel like family and took care of us every single step of the way. The transformation of our backyard space is quite astonishing and incredible and it has already been such a blessing for us and our family to enjoy during the hot summer season. If you are ever in the market for a pool remodel, i cannot recommend this team highly enough. Give them a chance and they will blow your socks off! From the beginning where they offered to do a 3D CAD design for free (which a lot of the other companies require you to pay for them) to the various changes we needed to do throughout the project we were always kept informed and updated!

Matt and his team also work closely in hand with Kenny who does landscaping work along with Zier Pools very often. Kenny met every need and went above and beyond in our landscaping needs! He is truly a gem in the dust, hardworking and honest and never stops making sure you are completely satisfied with the end result!

Big shout out to Matt, Freddy, Kenny (landscaper) and Noe as well as every other crew member that worked on our yard and pool, thank you from our family!

I cannot recommend Tim and the team at Zier more highly! Tim gave us a very accurate estimate and stayed true to that estimate throughout the construction process. He was regularly on site and ensured that work was being completed on time with high quality. You can tell the whole team takes pride in their work and what the final product looks like. The team at Zier really goes above and beyond and I am so happy that we chose to go with them for our pool installation!

We are so happy with our new pool from Zier Pools! The best part was our guy Tim Brown- he was our contact at Zier from the very first interaction all the way through every step of the process through to completion. During one of our first meetings, Tim designed a super cool 3D rendering of our pool and made all of the changes we wanted to get the design just the way we wanted it. His communication was clear and constant, he gave us all the necessary information and explained anything we had questions about. Tim easily handled all the changes we made throughout the process and truly made everything seamless. Zier also dealt with all of the permitting and inspections, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We cannot recommend Zier Pools (or Tim specifically) more!

Working in property management for a maintenance company I defiantly only work with trusted organized vendors and Joe really the whole package! I recommend him for all your improvement or repair needs!

I highly recommend Firestone Builders. I have used Joe and his team for a few projects and each one has turned out great but most importantly on time and within budget. We will continue to use them for future projects.

Joe has been great to work with, his crew worked at an HOA I manage they installed speed bumps and completed some concrete work. The Board had a minor issue and Joe went out of his way to accommodate. They will complete the seal coat Spring 2022

I have used Firestone Builders for all of my commercial real estate properties; including Tenant Improvements, seal and stripe and many more construction related work. They are responsive, fair prices and just all around great company to work with. I will continue to use them for all my future general construction needs.

Our HOA hired Firestone Builders on a few projects. The first was to replace (8) cantilever style balconies. Their work was impeccable from start to finish. Every detail from securing the area, daily scheduling and completion was spot on as indicated it would be by the crew and Joe. Their workmanship was beautiful. The second project involved a two story retaining wall. Probably more work than they anticipated. Again very happy with the end results. I would use these guys for any complex projects. They have also come through with providing recommendations on other projects. I will continue to build a relationship with this company.

We used Firestone Builders when we needed to renovate and extend a part of our kitchen and living area. They were professional, kind and prompt. I knew from the evaluation what to expect and what are the issue that we can run into. They finished the job on time as they promised and I LOVE the outcome. We had my daughter birthday party and got a lot of compliments on the change. I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

We hired Firestone last year for our condo complex, which was in need of deferred maintenance, construction defect, and life safety repairs. As an HOA Board member who interviewed many different contractors to address these repairs (ranging from architects, structural engineers, and general contractors), we felt confident in hiring Firestone after meeting with Joe and discussing his proposal.

We stumbled across Firestone while they were working on a condo complex up the street from us. Joe promptly responded to our initial request to meet and was attentive during our walkthrough to address needed repairs. As a Board, we were overwhelmed by our list of repairs, what the correct sequence of repairs was, and our budgetary constraints. Joe was receptive to all of our concerns and quickly put us at ease. He stayed within our budget, provided a comprehensive construction timeline, and promptly answered any questions. We could not have been more grateful for his organized approach.

Firestone started work within a month and stayed on track with their timeline. The workers were professional and friendly, showed up everyday, and did a good job picking up the job site at the end of the week. Joe was frequently onsite and always available for questions. He kept the Board updated on any changes to schedule and change orders. The building had a couple areas of damage uncovered during construction that required change orders, Firestone was very reasonable with costs and how much time these additional repairs would add to our construction timeline.

The Board and homeowners are thrilled with the final results. From beginning to end Joe managed the
project efficiently, stayed in budget and on time, and addressed all of our construction needs. I highly recommend Firestone and would contact them again in the future for any other repairs.

Firestone Builders was amazing from start to finish with multiple projects of ours. They did a business build out for us which actually ran ahead of schedule the whole time and they were very responsive. They also did some residential work for us with a back yard remodel and turf installation which again turned out just like we wanted it. Lastly we have a gorgeous garage door that is high quality but the faux paint finish that the last owner had done was chipping of and we were considering replacement. Joe (Who is the owner!) came out and discussed repainting the garage with another faux wood finish first since the garage is such great quality. Amazing work and great communication skills!

We worked with Firestone Builders to do some significant remodels in our school classrooms. The entire process was made very easy with Firestone and the end product is amazing. The consultation in the design phase helped us to find the right fit for our community, and the communication connected with scheduling and completing the work as very helpful. I was very impressed that at the end of the project, the finish work was fully complete. There was nothing that I had to go back and address.

I personally was so pleased with their work that I choose to work with them on a personal project for my home.

My old retaining wall was damaged and needed replacement. I got several quotation and references and Firestone Builders came well recommended and had the lowest bid.

Joe the owner and the staff are very responsive and professional they delivered the retaining wall in a shorter period than promised. On a daily basis the supervisor dropped by to check if everything is progressing in the right direction.
