We have used their service for over 7 years and have always found them to be skilled in keeping our pool looking great and also minor repairs. They are fair, honest and professional. We would highly recommend them.

CCC manages the chemistry in our 18,500 gallon pool. They can do this for far less than I can because they buy in large quantities. For me to buy several 1 gal. containers from Home Depot, haul them in my car, figure out much to add and safely apply it just doesn't make sense. Nathan is great!

Great company. Most pool cleaning companies are non-responsive and lazy. This one is not. They have been constant and stay on top of the pool maintenance. We just purchased a Aqualink system to control the pool and spa. It's a very simple remote app for you phone that controls everything. Very affordable as well! Love it!

Make sure you get an experienced technician to service your pool. We were appointed a trainee and the pool/spa frequently turned green with algae. Terminated service after 8 months. Very bad experience for all concerned.

Our pool when built has been covered and serviced by the same company for a long time. The original company was sold to the present company and the service has continued to be first rate. The technicians are timely, thorough, pleasant, and great on follow-up. CCC has been taking care of my pool for more than 10 years. My primary task is water treatment, however over the years I’ve had numerous pool issues, pump out, filter issues, etc. CCC has always been there to repair my problems. Very reasonable pricing and always happy to help.

Wow! THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

We called CCC Pool service because our pa heater quit working. Their operations manager was there the next day to diagnose the problem. After a thorough inspection, they confirmed that a new heater was required. (our aging heater was not starting and it was leaking water badly)

What I really appreciate is the fact that they took the time to discuss several options for a replacement. They asked how we used the spa, how frequently, etc... then gave us a few options from a basic replacement to a higher quality unit with all the bells and whistles. At NO TIME did they try to "up-sell"us into a more expensive unit. In reality it was the opposite. After discussing how we use our spa, he learned that we NEVER use the heater to heat our pool and only use it to heat the spa. With this info, coupled with the fact that we were likely going to be moving within a year or two, he suggested a smaller heater that was sized for spa-heating only. This saved us over $600 on the unit. The honesty and integrity of CCC Pool service just one of their strengths. Add to this, their highly skilled tech team, and their singular focus on customer service.

Great service. CCC pools has been maintaining my pool since the beginning of summer. I needed a couple of repairs and they charged me exactly what they quoted and the repair was done correctly. I am very pleased with this company. My weekly service man is doing a terrific job. Highly recommend.

We called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the owner, Peter. He set up a same day appointment for us. His service technician, Juan, arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. and was finished by 2:30 p.m. His work was swift and superior. My husband and I both gave him a double WOW ! Our carpets look like brand new, and they are not soaking wet and waterlogged as in previous services we've used. We would rate this service with 10 stars if we could, and would certainly recommend this company to our family and friends.
