Called because of all the great reviews; left a message didnt hear back from them. I needed to see about getting ac into my garage to convert it into a recreational space for the family. I live in Santee maybe that's why I never heard back.

In early January of 2020 our heating system failed and we had to evaluate the purchase of a new unit. Our unit is installed in our attic area, after looking at it with the assistance of the Champion team (Thomas and Joel) we determined that a new unit could not be installed in the attic without cutting roof joists which would compromise the roof. We called in a structural engineer and he confirmed that we could not replace the unit in the attic area without a substantial cost of removing joists and then reinforcing the joists after the work was done. As a result, Thomas & team worked with us to relocate the new system into a space in the hallway just below the attic. This process took at least 10 trips to the house with drawings and discussions on how to properly build out a new area where there was an existing linen closet. This project took weeks, the team from Champion Air visited on a regular basis to make sure that the space we were modifying would fit the unit and work well with the existing ducting in the home. The project took patience and construction combining two closet areas to fit the unit. The result has been nothing short of outstanding, Thomas and Joel (the owner of the business) did an excellent job assisting in every step. The install of both the new heating system and AC Compressor took a full week, however this team could not have been more professional and customer centric in their approach. I am a Real Estate agent, I work with vendors everyday and Champion Air Conditioning & Heating are simply the best in the business. They were fair price wise and always exceeded our expectations with a tough long installation project. I recommend their their expert care not only in my home but also in all of the homes that I sell. Thank you Thomas and team! We could not be happier with the results!

They installed the perfect unit for our home at a reasonable price. Also, Cynthia (in the office) was super helpful and responsive.

We have been very pleased with our two stage Maytag HVAC system that included new duct work Joel and his team installed over eight years ago. We also had Champion install a Trane furnace five years ago in another rental home, and continues to heat with no issues. I trust them to give honest and fair assessments of any rare necessary repairs, which is very important to me.

Had my AC quit on me and Champian came out the same day after their work day was done. Greatly appreciated since it was in the 100's. Joel did an amazing job and didn't stop till it was done. Professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using them again if needed.

Champion Air Conditioning did a first rate job installing a new heater and AC condenser for me two years ago. It works great and has been wonderful. Goes on for 20-30 minutes and the house is cooled off or heated up. Saving lots of money on my SDGE bill.
Last week was the hottest of the summer and our condenser stopped. I called and they had someone came out right away. He changed the starter capacitor and we were back to cold air. It was a quick but efficient visit to make everything back to normal. Love my system and I appreciate the great service from Champion!!

Champion put a complete AC and heating system in our home 3 years ago. Yesterday, Champion came out for a bi-annual inspection, as they have done since the system was installed. From system design to installation and service, Champion has been excellent. They are on time, professional, and expert in their knowledge. They took the time to design a system that has been exactly right for our home. Joel and his company seem to take a personal interest in their customers, and that has been reflected in everything they have done. I confidently recommend Champion as a company that knows its business, and takes great care of its customers.

I cannot say enough about Joel and his crew. They did a great job installing new hybrid heat pump and AC units and even though there was an issue, they came out the day after and fixed it immediately. Their attention to detail, fair prices and overall professionalism were a welcome relief and I'm glad I could support a local business that I hope is around for a long time. It's hard to find honest HVAC companies but this is certainly one of them!

BEST of the BEST!!! I can't say enough about Joel and his crew at Champion! Fair price, no surprises and they tackled a difficult job and made it look easy. Joel fabricated ducting on my driveway that fit like a glove and his knowledge along with a great and talented crew put us at ease during the project knowing they were going to get the job done and make it look great! Doesn't hurt that the crew were all polite, professional and great guys! My go to on all things air and heating!!

They came out for an emergency during the peak of a summer heatwave to replace our system. Pricing was fair and service was impeccable.

Two years later, system runs perfectly and they came out for a free system check. This included way more than expected. The condenser was cleaned out, system cleaned and replaced the filter. No creepy upselling or manufactured problems. I highly recommend this company!
