I contacted A Green Home after we discovered water damage in our kitchen (staining on the 1st floor ceiling drywall). The cause was unclear - there was a leaky window upstairs, although not directly above the location of the water damage. Jack return our call the same day. He came out and did a thorough inspection free of charge. We then booked his team to open up the drywall, locate the source of the water damage, and repair it. The source of the leak ended up being a toilet in the upstairs bathroom, not the window. The AGH team got to work treating and replacing water-damaged wood and drywall.

The whole job was done very professionally in 6 working days (Friday-Friday). The contractors who work for Jack were super talented - they were able to do both the water damage repair and the bathroom work: demolition, toilet replacement, tile repair, and painting. No need to get a sub-contractor for the tiling. They finished the job early and used the last day to seal the leaky window, even though it wasn't the cause of the water damage. A+.

I awarded Jack and his team the contract for our master suite addition. Throughout the entire process…managing permits, site logistics, rough in, trim…his communication and execution is professional and clear. I’d recommend him for any project.

I would like to share my experience with Jack Salvato and AGH Commercial, who did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and dining room almost 9 years ago. To me, the measure of how well this remodel was done is that there have been no problems with any of the work and it is still as beautiful today as it was when they left the job. Jack and his crew worked everyday on site and if I ever needed to ask a question or change anything, he was just a phone call away. I was able to go to work each day and leave my home and pets knowing all would be safe. Jack is the type of contractor who can work with you and your budget. He will not steer you to cabinets or finishes that are overpriced. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to be able to trust your contractor! He does everything the RIGHT way, so you there is no worry about building inspections and delays due to poor work. Your home is your biggest investment and Jack Salvato will not let you down.

I'll end with a funny story that just shows you how Jack and his team will go the extra mile. It was toward the end of my project with Jack, and naturally when you fix up your home like this, you start to add some new furniture. I decided a sofa bed in my office would be a great idea. Ordered it and it was delivered and unfortunately it didn't fit up the stairs of my split level home. It was covered up downstairs and I was going to try to return it. I came home that day to a beautiful new sofa bed IN my office. Did they get a scissor-lift and put it through the window or was it magic? Jack Salvato and AGH Commercial, Inc. can do anything!

We hired Jack and his team to repair dry rot on our Coastside home. We found his team honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We have worked with many other contractors over the years and AGH Commercial is absolutely the best we have found. If you want stress free repairs or remodeling, where you are not constantly second guessing your contractor, hire them.

Jack and his team came to our rescue. We had water damage that was extensive and had no idea where to start. Not only did Jack answer my call the first time I reached out (and every time after that) but he met me at the house the next day and had water remediation taken care of in a week. His team gutted and rebuilt our kitchen and bathrooms and managed unforeseen challenges with ease. We had a leaky pipe causing mold to grow on drywall in the ceiling. Jack and his team were very responsive and accommodating of my scheduling needs, and they were able to complete the job in 2 days total. The quality of work was excellent, and there is hardly any disfigurement on the ceiling. Highly recommend working with them!

Had a great experience with these guys in our office. We had some whiteboards installed, a water cooler setup and some complex indoor signage installed. These guys were professional, careful and set all these up with minimal interruption to our office while they worked. Will definitely call first with future needs.

Recently, we had a severe flooding problem and Jack and his team came out and fixed our drainage in the front and back of our home. They did a beautiful job and now we have no more problems. Thank you so much. The job was completed when they said it was going to be completed. They cleaned up, it was cleaner than it was before they came here. We are so appreciative.

Reached out to AGH Commercial INC. on behalf of my employer due to some miscommunications with another vendor regarding some work that had to happen in our river otter pond. Jack was kind enough to make time in his day to come out and take a look at the project. He was able to give us an hourly quote on the spot and his crew was here the following day. Within two days the project was completed. His crew was great to work with and if they had any questions they made it a point to get ahold of me before proceeding further. After purchasing a home where many problems were not disclosed or on the inspection and then becoming a flood victim of a "cyclone bomb" storm, my home had an overwhelming amount of issues, inside and out. I had multiple companies come to evaluate the situation and Jack was one of only two contractors who sounded like they knew what they were talking about (along with an insurance inspector). To be honest, although I'm relieved to have the work ending shortly, I'll miss these guys. AGH's team was top notch. Starting with Jack who was prompt and gave us an estimate on the damage which was extensive. We had a lot of water damage and wood rot and had to replace our windows. He was up front and very communicative throughout the process. David and Todd, the team who did the window/repair service, we're prompt courteous, unobtrusive, and did a really good job. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and addressed all of our concerns, and we were very happy with the work they did.
