Brandon Blasing provided the initial review and recommended structural engineer Dominic Chu. Both were informative, friendly, and focused on helping us make the best choices to balance the cost of the renovation with return on investment from a safety standpoint. We felt educated at each step of the process. The office team kept communications flowing and quickly answered all of our questions. When the project started, the crew was the best I've worked with. They quickly got to work and were happy to walk us through the daily progress. They kept the work site tidy and didn't mind our dogs occasionally watching them from the back yard. The project went on schedule. At one point, they discovered an issue with an old concrete part of the foundation that was in bad shape. Brandon walked us through the options and we pivoted the project a bit to ensure the issue was addressed. The final inspection with the city went smoothly and we are very happy to have upgraded our basement/foundation.
