Reached out for a quote after sharing photos and got an onsite visit scheduled. At the visit, instead of repairs was suggested a replacement of a section. I obviously asked follow up questions to understand if replacement is really needed. We ended the visit with the understanding that the company will share a quote. Had to follow up on my own and eventually got a response that they would have to pass on this repair. I have a feeling that owner dint like me questioning on why a replacement is required- a basic process where a customer obviously would want to understand why they should invest more instead of a repair. Luca was excellent right from the beginning. My old gutters had rusted a bit and started leaking. Luca came out cleaned it and told me that while some parts have rusted if I wanted to plug along for a bit longer without replacing them I could. I decided to replace those and add some missing gutters in the back. He gave me a quote with reasonable pricing, and scheduled the work promptly.

He demolished the old gutters and marked up the trenches needed for drainage pipes. Filed a ticket with the supplies to make sure there are no gas or electrical lines where I wanted the drainage pipes. Once he got the all clear, he and his assistants took care of trenching, installing the drainage pipes, putting up the gutters and fixing the gutter guards. I also added on a few additional tasks to the job like taking down old antenna and satellite dish and painting vents and vent fans in the roof. He did a phenomenal job with everything and even took a few long metal pieces I was trying to get rid of to the recycling center. He was always on time, notified me via text before he came and updated me on progress and when he was done even if I was tied up in meetings.

Luca and Golden Gate Gutters worked on a few projects to get our home ready for the fall season. They cleaned the gutters, repaired a damaged gutter from a fallen tree branch, adjusted the gutter slope to make sure water was moving to the downspout and more. All in all they were very professional and efficient.

We were renovating our Eichler home with painters already onsite when we made a last-minute decision to replace the downspouts. Time was tight, but Golden Gate Gutters came through.

I had about half the gutters and downspouts on my house in need of replacement as they were rusted through in several areas (including a long run on 2nd story w/o much clearance and angle for a ladder). I also had gutter guards that needed to be removed and replaced onto the new gutters. Luca and his team did a fantastic job. He pays attention to details (gutter type, gutter color, patching, painting any areas if/as necessary, gutter guards put on w/ no gaps, cleanup) and recommends anything along the way that may need to also be addressed (I had a section that did not have gutter guards that he also addressed). Turns out that I also had old rusted vent covers on the roof that he was able to replace as well. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Gate Gutters. Luca and his team are trustworthy, thorough, and do high quality work!

Great, honest work. Luca showed up on time, estimated the job honestly, and knocked it out all out in one day. Full cleanout of gutters *3yrs of debris, installed gaurds, and cleaned solar panels. He also took care to not leave any mess around the house, including metal clippings (as he noticed we had kid playzone in backyard).

I recently hired Luca to clean up my house gutters, and I must say, he did an amazing job. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned, leaving them in excellent condition. Throughout the process, Luca was great at keeping me informed about the estimated time of arrival, and he even sent me pictures of the cleaning results afterward.

He is very detail oriented and works at a good pace. The end result was above my expectations, especially considering how challenging some of the portions of the roof were, with many corners.

We had a rusted out steel downspout that needed to be replaced. I'm glad we found Luca at Golden Gate Gutters to address the situation, as he uncovered a few related issues. The downspout clog was so bad that it backed up about 100 gallons of water on the flat roof. The final solution included stucco repairs and painting, and roof enhancements to current building code. I really appreciated the updates throughout the project and the final work looks great!

We interviewed various companies for a required roof moss treatment and in the end selected Golden Gate Gutters. They were the most thorough and have an approach that doesn't cause roof damage. Other companies wanted to pressure wash the composite shingles, which would be quick, but cause unnecessary damage and loss of roof grit. It was a pleasure working with Luca. Above and beyond just gutter cleaning and repairs Luca identified the root cause of a pesky leak we were struggling with at my mother’s house and proposed a solution to fix. I really appreciate his attention to detail, documentation, as I was dealing with situation from afar. I am happy with the final solution using cement board siding for its moisture resistance. It’s great to know that we took an approach that will last substantially longer then wood. it was a pleasure to work with Golden Gate Gutters and will definitely use them again.

5 star experience all around. Luca was very helpful and very straightforward with all the work and pricing. They showed up on time (which is huge for me). Got all the work we agreed on done and the pricing was as quoted with no nickel and dime add ons. Luca showed up himself, not sending some random crew. Owner operator business is always better. He got a new client today for as long as I’m in the Bay Area. He is knowledgeable and also took pictures of my roof and let me know of some additional maintenance if I wanted to take care of at some point in the future. All in I’m glad I got my gutters cleaned and even happier I went with Golden Gate gutters. For my house they were in and out in an hour or so and pulled 50lbs of stuff out my gutters!
