Simonian does a great job cleaning and repairing our many rugs. Cesar knows a lot about every rug I have given them for cleaning and repairs. I purchased a 25 foot pad from them for my hallway runner which worked out excellent. I highly recommend Simonian Oriental Rug Cleaners!

Simonian was great in terms of scheduling pick up and drop off and being flexible with our schedule at home. Simonian did a very good job cleaning the carpets. I have a Select Comfort bed, and when removing the Oriental rug under the bed, they did leave one of the planks out of alignment, leaving the bed uneven. Also the head of the bed moved toward the wall. This put pressure on the hose and deflated my bed, but luckily a friend was able to help me correct the situation.
The thing that was most troublesome was the "moth proofing" which I paid extra for. The smell of chemicals persisted for about 2 months with the windows open most of the time. Thank goodness I had them clean the carpets in the summer, so that I could leave the windows open. Have you ever walked down the "pesticides & insecticides aisle" at Home Depot and gagged? I'm very sensitive to smells like that and often get headaches. That's the last time I'll get "moth proofing"!
