Excellent service as always! Pickup and delivery well worth minimal fee. The rug is 40+ years old, but they bring it back to beautiful, vibrant cllor every time

We have used Simonian for several jobs and all of their work is remarkable. They cleaned 8 of our Oriental carpets and replaced the pads when we were moving and all of them look just wonderful in our new apartment. They also repaired one of our carpets perfectly, so we can recommend this without reservation.

Very helpful and friendly service. Received 20% reduction in price by delivering and collecting the rug myself. They paid good attention to all details of the rug and it looks like new.

The company is reliable are knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful. They’re courteous and dependable. We send our original Persian rugs out to them for cleaning and minor repairs every 5 years or so and have been doing that for 20 years. Never been disappointed.

Caesar and his team go above and beyond for their clients. I've used them several times, as they have cleaned and repaired the rugs from my childhood and family that I've been lucky enough to inherit. Memories are imbedded in these textiles, and I'm reminded of them every time I admire and walk on them.

Simonian did an excellent job of cleaning our treasured oriental rug. We we first saw it after the cleaning, the spots from dog urine were entirely gone but the rug as a whole did not look as good as it had before cleaning. Cesar said that the cleaning process compresses the nap but the appearance would return to normal after brushing. Although I brushed one section extensively, it looked little better. Cesar agreed to take the rug back, wash it again and brush it until it returned to normal. Just as he said, when the rug was delivered a second time, it looked terrific. We are totally sold on Simonian and will use them again.

1880's ~10 x 14 ft Iranian wool carpet, veg dyes, etc. The etc sadly also includes 3 consecutive dog's lives living well, having fun, getting sick, getting potty trained with all that comes with occasional incidents in life and living in a large home with large old rugs. This particular carpet was quite old and fragile and had not been cleaned in over 30 years. I was concerned about the veg dyes getting washed out. Had the carpet cleaned and treated for stains/odor. We have had many other carpets cleaned and treated by other "professional" services in previous years and were ready to take a deep breadth and finally move the furniture and bring in our fragile beauty. Before we could do that, we "lucked" into Simonian by seeing one of their trucks on our block. Went out for a chat. Cesar graciously agreed to come over and give it a look and provide an estimate. Short story shorter. A crew came out, moved heavy furniture, rolled up the carpet and approximately a week later we were treated to the delivery and rollout of our now museum-worthy carpet (on a new thick pad). The staff from top on down were polite, treated us and the household with respect. Provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. For our next carpets needing a well-deserved bath, we'll be calling Simonian.

I recently used Simonian rug cleaning company to clean a silk and wool handmade rug from Nepal after 25 years of use. It came back quickly and in superb condition. Previously, I had used them to restore a 1920s silk rug by mending a torn edge and adding fringe that was missing. It too came back in great condition and the workmanship was excellent.. I personally would not trust anyone else to handle my rugs.

Workers were friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and has interesting home items as well as rugs for sale. When I came to pick up my clean rug it was ready and waiting for me. Make sure to spend a few minutes watching the talented craftspeople repairing rugs in their studio

This was our first time using their service after a friend’s recommendation. The team is extremely service-oriented — knowledgeable, professional, and committed to complete customer satisfaction.

The crew who picked up our rugs took detailed photos and carefully noted any areas that needed special attention. When they returned the rugs, they looked brand new! They even rotated them to help balance out wear in our high-traffic areas and noted how they will expand into their space as we walked on them.

We also had our couches steam-cleaned in-home. When we mentioned we weren’t fully satisfied after the first round, the technician came back promptly to do a second treatment. The difference was incredible — the fabric looks fresh and sparkly again!

We’re so pleased with the results that we signed up for their membership program and plan to use them for all our high-end carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

We had our family room rug cleaned. It came out looking good-as-new! Anthony & Pete picked up & delivered the rug. They were professional & great to work with. They were very careful when moving our furniture, they were cheerful, pleasant and efficient. We will call Simonian again!

Simonians did an amazing job of repairing a prayer rug that was my first acquisition of rugs when I was in college. So it had sentimental meaning for me. Their careful, expert handiwork and professionalism are excellent. They are the only people I trust my rugs to.

We hadn't had our large, handmade rug cleaned in years. We realized that last time we had it cleaned, Mr. Simonian himself came to our house, rolled it up, slung it over his shoulder, and carried it out! This time we had 2 great guys who picked up the rug. They also took away our old, nasty, crumbling rug pad and disposed of it free of charge. They delivered our new rug pad and like-new, clean and beautiful rug about 9 business days later (we pushed the delivery by a couple days due to rain). One of the guys, Rahim I think, mentioned that a LOT of dust had come out of the rug when they cleaned it. It was cool to have one of the guys that had worked on the rug also bring it back. They were on time (early for both pickup/delivery in fact), courteous, and efficient. I'd highly recommend getting your rugs cleaned by Simonian. It will prolong the life of your rugs and help keep your home cleaner. A great local business that's been around for 75 years or more!

I was given an old oriental rug from my neighbor and she recommended I go to Simonian to get my rug cleaned as her dog peed on it multiple times. when I went there I just dropped in and they were super nice and friendly walked me through the whole process and quoted me about three weeks to get the rug back. I picked up the rug and brought it home it looked great, but unfortunately, there was still remnants of dog pee smell, and I called them right away to let them know and they were so kind to do a redo free of charge and even picked up and delivered my rug back to me in the end. I did think I should have mentioned to them exactly where the spots were so that they can focus on it, but once I told them like the exact spots where I knew the dog peed. They were able to get the smell out completely and I would just recommend if you actually do have a soiled rug with specific odor points to just mention exactly where it is so they can focus on it because the smell was just right at the fringe. Otherwise the rest was great. My overall experience with them was really great. They’re really nice and I will for sure be taking any of my rugs to this company. Their prices are pretty good as well and they’ve been around for a really long time so definitely want to support them.

Excellent customer service! Workers are very polite and helpful. I got an appointment over the phone. Isaiah and another worker came to pick up the large area rug and the runner on time. Isaiah even gave me a helpful suggestion on how to clean the rug pad. When Anthony and another worker brought back the cleaned rugs, they took time to put the area rug back in the designed space, making sure it's aligned with the sofa and the rug pad was evenly under the rug. I appreciate their attention to detail and help. Will definitely use their services again.

I’ve used for Simonian for at least 10 years. They provide excellent service. They are always prompt, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. In addition to high quality cleaning, their repair work is exceptional. My terrier chewed off a rug corner and Simonian was able to resize the rug perfectly. No evidence of the repair!

Overall, a great experience. The expert showed up on time and knew what he was doing. The vents were cleaned correctly. The machine works better now. The flow of air got better. I strongly advise.
