Did great job but a bit pricey for one area rug

Quality work. We had 32 rugs cleaned so picking them up and putting back was a big part of the process for us. That and keeping track of all the rugs was a significant part of the job. Simonian is the place to go if you want/need the very best.

I dropped off a 6x9 silk rug and it was cleaned, deodorized, brushed and got a water resistant protective treatment. It was ready for pickup after 10 days. I am very happy with the results. It looks good as new and very soft. The cleaning was more expensive than I was expecting, but it is definitely worth it. A high value rug should be left to the professionals. I was offered a discount for dropping it off (as opposed to scheduling pickup) that I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t mention any discount or coupon, it was just offered to me. This is definitely a business that cares about customers and provides a great service. I would bring my rug back here again. The best part is my rug no longer smells like dog pee!
