Would recommend this company! Did a great job. Just be aware that they have a unit that is 24 inches wide that needs to be rolled next to furnace - make sure you know this ahead of time. We had to move the washing machine to get them access.

Very positive experience. Georgi arrived right on time, and was friendly, efficient, and honest about what was possible for our particular duct setup.

Our dryer showed a d90 code meaning the vent was 90% occluded. I called on Thursday and Lowe’s came out the next day within the 2 hr window given. Our dryer vent vents to the roof. Luis climbed on the roof and unclogged the cap by hand. It was amazing how much lint was in the vent. He vacuumed out the dryer vent and tube and then looked through a camera to insure the vent was completely lint free all the way to the roof. I am extremely satisfied with the service performed, the punctuality, and the professional manner of the technician and person who answered the call and made the appointment. First rate from start to finish. Thank you!!!

Ivan Santiago did excellent work. Personable and professional. Worked very hard to clean out a long dryer vent with a plug of lint in an elbow halfway through the vent system. Solved the problem using his experience from other challenging situations.
