Had a bit of an electric emergency and pacific coast sent out an electrician named Lionel who was incredibly professional and courteous. Fixed the problem and didn't have any issues after that. Big thanks to Lionel and Pacific Coast Electric

Richard is so personable and knowledgeable. I’m impressed with his ability to communicate information about electricity that I usually find difficult to comprehend. I appreciated his suggestions regarding changes to my panel and followed up on them.

Had Andrew out to help diagnose electrical floor. Spent a bunch of time with the NuHeat customer service reps; still need to work with the company to complete repairs but Andrew was great.

They did their job very well and with care. They clean up after their work and cover up the closets and passages inside house.

Also they point out the things that are out dated and hazardous when they are working above or underneath the house. They also have good warranties on all their works, which shows their professionalism and as well as their care for customer satisfaction.

I would recommend Pacific Coast. The repair people have always been courteous and kind. They are always honest if the mistake was made by them. I only had one mistake by newbies with installation of A/C. Other than that, the repair person have been knowledgeable.

They did a very comprehensive replacement of heater and prepare to add AC. Workers have good expertise, creative problem solving. They also presented additional optional repairs and upgrades to improve system performance.

Pacific Coast Home Services (PCHS) provides excellent work and guaranteed services that can’t be beat. After receiving mediocre HVAC services from other Bay Area companies, and paying out $$$ I was hesitant and skeptical whether PCHS would be able to repair the builders shoddy workmanship of my HVAC system. To my delight PCHS not only diagnosed the problem but sent it’s most dedicated tech, Juan Galván to make the repairs, which took 3 days and countless hrs. Juan kept me informed throughout the process, was professional and dedicated to his job. I am happy to endorse PCHS for any and all home repair work you may need. Thanks PCHS!

Pacific Coast provided a complete replacement of our HVAC system, delivering a higher SEER rated, name brand system at a competitive cost. Their technicians are professional, courteous, and communicate what’s happening throughout the day. We will definitely use them again, refer others, and make use of their regular maintenance. Highly recommended!

As part of a water main replacement I needed someone to come out and run a new ground wire. Daric was on time, professional and friendly. He offered a couple different ways to run the wire with pros and cons of each approach. While he was out there, he was also able to answer my questions about some electrical work in the kitchen too.

Raymond Porras was our technician for today's appointment. He showed up on time, was respectful of us as well as our property, knowledgeable and was able to clearly articulate his observations and work to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Coast Electric and especially Raymond to our friends and family.

Lionel arrived on time, provided options for us as to how to resolve our issue with flickering lights, and scheduled us for the next day. Our experience was great each step of the day- they even had someone who perfectly patched the two holes they made in the sheetrock.

    Thanks pacific coast!

Our light was not working properly in our Kitchen. Richard came to our place and quickly identified the issue. He suggested different options and in the end we went with his suggestions. He did a great job and was very professional! I would ask for his help again if any other electrical issues come up!

Omar Mora and his Co-Worker Erik Carbajal went above and beyond to make our HVAC System the best! They put lots of detail and care and put out our customer satisfaction as their top priority!

They worked tiresly each day showing up early and staying late. Ask for them if you are installing a Mini Split AC System.

Levi has been at my home before to install a ceiling fan light, recessed lighting, and outdoor lighting. This time it was to repair a doorbell. Levi is
very pleasant, did a great job and is very neat. He actually went to the store to get a plate to cover some electrical wiring up in my garage where recessed lighting had been installed by another technician previously. A new technician named Derek was with Levi today and helped fix the doorbell. He was also very pleasant and they worked together well. Thanks a lot!

Beware that they will anchor you with a high estimate cost that can be applied to an equally high quote that they will then give you. When I called, I was told I could get an estimate for $89. I am new to the bay area, and where I am from that would be free but whatever, things are more expensive here. I was told by the rep that came out tho, that he would not be able to give me an estimate and that his field supervisor would need to come. Again, no problem except that for the supervisor to come would cost between $300-600! And this is JUST FOR A QUOTE! This seemed a little absurd to me, but I made a mistake and agreed not entirely knowing that no action would be taken. After quoting me $92,000 to rewire my knob-and-tube house, a combination of scare tactics, financing and aggressive sales tactics were used to pressure me into a sale. An additional note: I have been assured by many sources since that a large part of the house is safe and not in need of any servicing.

That said, they arrived ahead of schedule and answered all of my questions. If money is not a concern, then they will be a great company to work with I believe. However, I urge you to take your time, get multiple quotes and make an educated decision about who you decide to do business with.
