Outstanding experience with Lowe's and specifically Georgi. First of all, it was super easy to make an appointment, they actually had availability the same day, which was terrific. Lowe's is really clear about pricing, I saw the price on their website and they quoted me the same price on the phone. Georgi was on time, really polite and professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him in my home (that's important for women!). And he was fast and did an excellent job. Also, their pricing is VERY reasonable, I got two quotes from other companies and they were significantly higher. I have marked them as "use this company!" in my contacts so I remember LOL. Would hire them again 100%.

He was prompt in his arrival and did a masterful job fixing the heating system. Kind, kind, and generous was how he was. Strongly suggest it!

The person who provided the service was not only helpful but also friendly. His job in cleaning the ducts for the HVAC system was outstanding. I wholeheartedly endorse this service!
