Wow!! This is a great appliance repair organization. We were getting so frustrated trying to deal online with GE and their robot AI system. Finally I just looked up this appliance repair place in San Rafael. Hoping to speak to a human being. Got immediate action. They ordered the part right away, but after ordering they let us know it wouldn’t be until 515 to 715 that evening so they couldn’t do it that Friday, but he came out the next day on a Saturday! So that we wouldn’t have to wait the weekend without a refrigerator. Such great people. I recommend them to anybody Who needs appliance repairs. These people really care! So rare in today’s impersonal. World. ! Thank you, Fixwell Appliance!

This team was amongst the most responsive when we reached out to many. The discussion regarding strategy for achieving best / most promising results was well-considered, not overly ‘sales-focused’. Diagnosis was not as thorough as we had hoped. Once underway, additional parts were needed, but they quickly stated that no fees were to be collected until we got satisfying results. We were not absolutely first on their list when scheduling a return visit, but we did not have to wait long. When on site, the technician was completely focused and worked steadily and maintained cleanliness.

I called Fixwell because the latch on my dishwasher was broken. I had an appointment within two days. and the repair tech arrived early on the appointed day. I had ordered the part ahead of time, and the latch was replaced in less then ten minutes. The tech left no mess and the machine worked just as it had before. I'm a happy customer and would call them again if I needed an appliance repair.

Without question, the very best appliance repair response and service I have ever experienced was with FixWell Appliance Repair. I called them Monday afternoon of Thanksgiving week and they came out Wednesday afternoon in time to fix my washing machine just before Thanksgiving. They were prompt, professional, kind, and affordable. Five stars across the board, highly recommend!

These guys are great to work with! Dan took the time to figure out in advance what parts were needed, ordered them, and then Mansur came out to do the service within a few days. One piece was missing and Mansur tracked it down then came back two days later - on a Sunday - to finish the repair. The whole process from first phone call to finished repair was so fast and easy. It could not have been better!!

Quick response time (the other people I called gave a 2 week timeline). And showed up a couple of minutes early!
So far the repair on our Bosch microwave is holding up 🙏

The platform and the technician were fine. The technician spent about 5 to 10 minutes max at my place basically to tell me I should just buy a new washing machine. I had a follow-up question as he left but didn't ask it in time and the fixwell system doesn't have a way to do this without another engagement and fee. It seemed pretty inflexible given how little time the tech spent with me. They weren't bad, but giving them a pretty middling rating because of their immense lack of flexibility in the engagement and potential follow-up.

I called Fixwell when I realized just before the holidays that my Wolf range needed to have the oven ignition replaced (very, very slow to light!). I “made do” through the New Year but once it was 2026, I was eager to have my oven back in good, sound working order. Not only did they respond to my call quickly, they were able to schedule and send one of there guys out to my house within a couple of days. My very competent tech guy confirmed my suspicion, had the replacement part in the truck, and in less than 90 minutes, I was back in business with a properly functioning oven - “cooking’ with gas”, as the expression goes! 😉👍🏻
