Vladimir is awesome, highly recommend. He made what we thought was going to be a pain of an experience very seamless and easy. We have a wolf range that wasn't working and he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within a matter of days for a very reasonable and fair price.

I thought my super refrigerator was possibly timed out or at the least might need a new fan, thanks to Vladimir neither of those potentially fatal ends were in my future. He easily detected the issue, offered to not charge because the issue was so minor but I insisted, his expertise saved me from more damage & his time and effort were worth it. Vladimir was kind, on time and even gave me a call before hand to let me know he was on his way.
My refrigerator now is quietly back to its happy place.

Vlad was busy but gave me a morning window that he adhered to exactly. My newer double ovens had no power, and seemed really in a bad way. He diagnosed a thermal issue and replaced some part that brought immediate life back into it. I asked on a side note about the dryer which was struggling and 1/2 hour later its awesome. Love Vlad, highly recommended him!

Eugene was so helpful and punctual. He gave a straightforward explanation of our refrigerator issue and was able to order a part to fix it for us. He came back a few days later when it started leaking again due to a separate issue and fixed that too. Communication was easy, rates are reasonable. He likes cats. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend and will call them next time.
