This Saturday my refrigerator broke. I decided to call Marin County Appliance Repair by Hi-Tech and they answered right away. On the same day, a technician arrived on time.Very quickly fixed the refrigerator by changing the part.

I was going to buy a new drier after 2 days of inappropriate texts from Bill Downs, the owner of Marin Appliance Repair. I am glad I called Appliance Repair by Hi-Tech to fix the mess he made of my drier. They did their job and behaved like professionals. Our Miele dishwasher had an intake/drain issue and stopped working. We tried unsuccessfully to fix it ourselves, so we called Hi-Tech. Viktor was great. He arrived on-time, was very polite and friendly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and clearly explained the repair and cost. Thanks, Viktor and Hi-Tech! We're glad to have our dishwasher working again!

We had a leaky dishwasher and also wanted to have our 25 year old built fridge looked at because it's been acting up some. Viktor and the team responded super fast to my request. Viktor showed up on the early side of the 3-5pm window and shot me a call and text when he was about 20 minutes away.

He is super friendly and knowledgeable, as soon as he saw it was KitchenAid he said he was 90% sure it was a common issue but not serious one that he sees often in KA units and sure enough it was! He gave me some great tips on how to maintain the dishwasher as well and also suggested a couple of dishwashers to consider in the future.

He then took a look at our fridge and gave me a couple of pointers on maintaining it, but also shared because it's a built-in replacing it will be $10-$15 for a new unit and suggested a couple of refurbish services they can do for much less but also said it's not needed yet. Pricing was upfront and more than fair, highly recommend Hi-Tech and Viktor is great!
