The construction crew was punctual, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The tile setters, painters, and woodworkers clearly took pride in a job well done, and gave even small details their full attention and care. The crew was respectful of our privacy throughout. Every part of the project was done with care to protect the rest of the area from plaster dust and debris. When electrical issues needed troubleshooting, Green Bay went all out to address them thoroughly, and stayed with it until we had an excellent result. Danny and the construction foremen organized a complicated schedule and kept us apprised of what work would be done when. They were excellent communicators and extremely reliable. Green Bay Remodeling will be our first choice when we tackle the the rooms of our home that we didn't address this time around. I highly recommend them for your remodeling projects.

I am not one to review but wanted to really highlight this company for my kitchen remodel.
As a client who has never done remodeling before, I am so glad I reached out to Green Bay. From the very beginning they were very knowledgeable and professional about how to run a project and make it run smoothly. My initial consultation was with Project Manager Yessica- she is very knowledgeable, organized, had lot of design ideas, and always went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind. Our initial consultation lasted for a few hours and I was able to receive all the information I needed for my kitchen remodel : how and why the project was priced the way it was, the timeline for the project (from permit being submitted to completing the project), what materials to use and where to source them from, and how payments would work for progress of the project. I felt like our kitchen remodel was a bit complicated as we had to knock down a wall to open kitchen into the living room space. Something very important to me was for the crew members to be very careful as I have 3 kids and 1 doggy in the house..which for them was no problem!

We had a few delays with materials but the crew was very good at being able to complete other parts of the project while waiting for materials. No time was lost 🙌🏼

after me and my family recently moved to kentfield with our three small children, we moved into a house built in 1937. This was an older home and we needed a full home remodel to accommodate our needs, including a more open floor plan, a remodeled master bathroom and an enlarged master closet to accommodate our needs.
After hearing all the horror stories out there of our friends working with contractors and not getting the result, we wanted it was really important for us to interview several contractors prior to making a decision.
After meeting with Isaac with Green Bay remodeling in our initial consultation, we were immediately put at ease with his professionalism attention to detail and creative ideas to accommodate our vision.
Through the design planning process and permitting, Isaac was a tentative and provided transparent communication constantly.
When the project started, the crew showed up between 8 and 9 AM every day leaving 4 to 5 PM every weekday just as Isaac said. The crew was efficient and kept the job site cleaner at all times. A stand out for us was their tile worker Victor did incredible work showing. The years of experience he had in the field.
The finish result of the project is nothing short of breathtaking and we have Isaac and his team to think for making our dream home.

Remodeled two bathrooms in our condo in Marin. Danny Lebowski was our project manager from start to finish. It was very convenient to deal with one person through the entire project. They were very professional, responsive and did a great job on the project. Danny's positive "can do" attitude and honesty was greatly appreciated and he was easy to work with. He accommodated all our needs, big and small, and was very diligent in communicating with us frequently, via text, phone calls and Facetime.
Also they very generously added on a few extra items to our project free of cost and were very helpful with the selection and purchase of the hardware and materials needed. Danny even helped with the pick up and delivery of items needed for the project. We would highly recommend Green Bay for your proejcts.

I just finished working with Isaac on our master bathroom remodel.
Our home in downtown San Rafael was built in 1924 and was last updated in the 80s. After moving in last year, the most important thing to us was to update our master bathroom to be more comfortable for me and my husband. With a baby on the way, it was important to us to work with someone that was very professional and would keep a good timeline.
We met with Isaac with Green Bay remodeling, in our initial meeting, Isaac generated the perfect layout for us based on what we told him we needed in our bathroom, including a freestanding tub, a large, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage.
In the design process after selecting materials, Green Bay generated 3-D renderings showing what the finish spaces would look like which was very beneficial and made us very confident in our choices .
Throughout the remodel process, the job site was kept clean and organized, and all workers were very professional. The tile worker Victor was an artist. And the finish result of the bathroom shows!
from time of demo to completion was approximately 4 1/2 weeks which is a week and a half ahead of schedule of what Isaac originally told us!

Green Bay Remodeling is a top of the line, customer service centric construction company. I’m in the home improvement business myself so when I started investigating who was going to do this project for us, service was the most important piece I was looking for.

Gil and Ari came by for the initial consultation and I’m SO HAPPY they were the ones who actually managed the project from start to finish. We could tell from the moment we met them, they were just good people.

Ari came through in a major way from a design standpoint. She was able to map out the preliminary plans on a 3D model to help us visualize what we were doing. She then proceeded to do more (probably too many 😂) as we made (probably too many 😂) changes to the material, layout, etc. it was incredibly helpful to be able to see the choices we were making as we were planning.

Gil and Ari took time to take us to several vendors to show us how tile, cabinets, countertops would look in person. They helped us get everything ordered, navigate supply chain issues and kept us very organized during this phase.

Once construction started, Gil really stepped up and took over the project management. He is an excellent communicator and was very responsive to every text or call along the way. He made it a point to stop by multiple times a week and be on site for every inspection from the city.

Ramiro, David and crew were a pleasure to have in our house for 2+ months. They were VERY detailed and we really felt their experience and craftsmanship.

There were of course bumps in the road. Every big remodel has it’s challenges. However, the way the entire Green Bay team handled those bumps is really what made the difference.

We could tell from the moment we met Gil and Ari that this company genuinely cares about the customer experience. And we were 100% correct.

Ordinarily the prospect of working with a contractor is as appealing as contemplating a two month root canal procedure from a sadistic dentist. Fortunately nothing could have been further from the truth working with Green Bay Remodeling. From the initial presentation to completion of the remodeling of our two bathrooms, our experience was very satisfying. We were never misled or deceived about prices, scheduling or the quality of the work done by Green Bay crews. The work done and the time it took to do it was proficient, efficient and sufficient. We are happy with the result and the procedures that led to it. We want most of our praise to go to our project manager Vlad. We cannot say enough about how beautifully he managed our project. His service was exemplary. He was available literally day, night, and weekends. His guidance was outstanding, professional and knowledgable. He was always upbeat about the progress of the job even in the face of daunting challenges. Most of all he truly cared about us as clients, but more importantly as people. We just finished remodeling three bathrooms with Green Bay Remodeling in San Rafael and are very happy with the results. Our Project Manager, Noy Sharvit, was highly knowledgeable and
committed to insuring we got what we wanted and was very much on top of things on a nearly daily basis. Perhaps the most valuable aspect of the services we got from Green Bay was Noy taking me shopping to different stores to buy what we needed for the job. He made sure I bought things that would work for us, look good, and were of good quality that would last. He was never overbearing with his suggestions and always open to my wishes and taste, but it was a great comfort to me to know that he wasn't going to let me make mistakes or decisions I may regret later. All permits were handled with great efficiency.

His construction crew, led by Francisco Corona, was very friendly, polite, tidy, hard-working and highly skilled in their work. They showed up every day right on time. Any small problems were dealt with quickly and creatively, and their only concern was that my husband and I were happy.

We did the first two bathrooms together and the third bathroom a couple of weeks later. In both cases they finished before their original estimated completion date.

Of the three estimates we got for the remodels, Green Bay Remodeling was the middle range estimate. Bathroom remodeling is expensive, but our new bathrooms turned out even better than we'd expected.

I can honestly say that this was a trouble-free, anxiety-free experience. From day one to completion, I always knew Noy and Francisco were going to take care of us, and they did. I'm so grateful to them and to Green Bay for running a tight and honorable ship.

My husband and I purchased our first home which was in need of major remodeling. We started our search for a contractor and had a few people come out to give us a bid and Joseph with Green Bay Remodeling blew them all out of the water. He and the company were just wonderful from the minute they started to the minute our project was complete and even after that. Our full bathroom remodel took about 16 weeks as we tore everything out down to the studs. Along the way there were some hiccups (like with any remodel/renovation) but Joseph and the crew were AMAZING. They immediately solved the problems and worked with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough. We’re going to use them again for our kitchen remodel.
