Chrissy was the designer that helped us with our countertop project. The owner decided on Ceaser Stone and she was very helpful and delightful to work with. She helped me every step of the way and the countertops are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have so get ready Chrissy and crew.

In truth, we were a bit nervous about going with Gilman’s for our kitchen countertop installation because the reviews were quite mixed. But we’re so glad we did! Chrissy deserves ten stars—she was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, and proactive in helping us come up with an affordable solution when our initial mismeasurement made us fear we’d need a second quartz slab (we didn’t, thanks to Chrissy and the fabricator). As for the demolition and installation itself, it went off without a hitch. Adrian and Adrian were terrific—on time, fast, efficient, and very helpful. Our new countertops and sink are beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased. A couple of higher-rated companies we seriously considered were totally unresponsive after the first promising stage (their estimates were also higher than Gilman’s anyway). Go with Gilman’s!

The team at Gilmans San Rafael are great! Go see them and my suggestion would be to inquire about Bellmont Cabinetry.

Crissy was a delight to work with. She was friendly, professional and very responsive. The Installers that they sent did wonderful work and accommodated scheduling changes without a hitch. I would recommend them and will look to them for future projects with my clients.

Manon is awesome. I've worked several kitchen remodels with her, and the attention to detail is second to none. Always very thorough and responsive.

I got my Kitchen cabinets from Gilman recently, they look beautiful! Manon Demers was my designer and did a very nice job optimizing the space while keeping it aesthetically pleasing. The entire staff at Gilmans, San Rafael, were always helpful and pleasant through the whole process.

We recently remodeled our primary bathroom and were so thrilled to work with Carol at Gilmans! She made the whole process easy, straightforward, enjoyable, and provided so many great ideas and insights. She was communicative, helped do a ton of research, and was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to our needs and created a functional and beautiful design that we appreciate every day now that the project is complete. I hired Gilman's Kitchens and Baths to undertake a major kitchen and bathroom remodel on the house I inherited from my parents. From day one, they did an amazing job. I worked with both the San Rafael and San Mateo offices, using their "Design + Build" option. They handled everything, from cabinet design to permits. With the exception of the appliances, it was essentially one-stop shopping. I was able to work with the designers and construction crew, plus select all the tile, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, etc. through them. It turned out to be a perfect choice for me. I cannot fully express my delight in working with Manon, Riddhi, Alexie, Alex and all the rest of the crew. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and exceptionally skilled. They listened to my needs, wants, and concerns and addressed them with knowledgable attention and respect. They were incredibly accommodating as my personal needs changed throughout the project. As for the quality of their work and the work of their subcontractors, it is absolutely top-notch. I would recommend Gilman's to anyone considering a kitchen and/or bath remodel.

She worked tirelessly to provide for purchase and with the installer for timely installation of the bathroom vanity countertop in a short period and before my family comes fore the holiday.

We purchased a 45-year-old home in Santa Rosa that required extensive remodeling. Initially, we visited Gilman Kitchens simply to gather ideas for a future kitchen renovation, as we were not yet ready to begin. However, after our first meeting with Manon Demers, we decided to move forward with the remodel.

We came in with some ideas of our own—such as navy blue lower cabinets with white upper cabinets—and Manon was able to enhance our vision by presenting excellent samples and offering thoughtful, practical guidance. She visited our home before demolition, helped us visualize cabinet and appliance placement, and prepared detailed plans for the project. We relied heavily on Manon’s expertise for the cabinetry and countertops, while selecting our own appliances, cabinet hardware, lighting, and wall treatments.

The project planning began in June and was completed by the end of October Working with Manon was a pleasure throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, professional, and highly experienced.
