These guys were efficient, clean, and effective. My windows look brand new and haven't looked this good in a year. My second time using them, and will do so again. They aren't cheap but are worth the investment.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is extremely unprofessional. They brazenly broke the lock off of my Vespa scooter and physically picked it up and moved it from the street to the sidewalk and then back again. They said they can do that “if they want to”. They had a no parking permit posted but it was for the next day and when I called SFMTA the City told me the permit number is not even valid. Office staff offered no help when contacted, became very defensive, and hung up on me. Would give zero stars if I could. Police report has been filed. BEWARE!!!

Excellent Window Cleaning does not provide on-site bids. Instead they estimate the price based on an online search of the property. Customer gets the confirmed price when they show up...which may be different from what the 'phone' bid is.
What a gotcha.

Window cleaners arrived as scheduled actually about 10 minutes early. Got right to work. Did an excellent job. Workers were very customer oriented. I was very satisfied with work that was done. Workers did an EXCELLENT job. I would definitely use EXCELLENT WINDOW CLEANERS again

Excellent Window was hired to clean the outside of my condo building’s windows, and we also hired them to do the inside of our unit, which included: double story windows, large mirrors, glass railing on a staircase, and a glass half wall for our loft.

Demetrio was extremely professional, friendly, and hard working. He did a great job and all our glass looks amazing! The price was very fair as well!

I’ve used lots of window cleaners over the years and Cesar and Excellent Window cleaners is by far the best! He repaired some broken screens and cleaned our solar panels too and did a great job. Highly recommended !

Do not use these guys extremely unprofessional and racist. Called me an Asian racial slur. Called the management and they don’t seem to care. They don’t even know who works for them or what vehicles they drive extremely unprofessional. The fact they don’t even know who works for them is a red flag. Avoid at all cost use a company that can keep there employees accountable.

They did not vacuum an entire room.
They left a table which had baby powder on it w/o cleaning,
but they spent several minutes discussing garbage disposal.

I contacted them and they immediately made good. They offered to come back and clean w/o cost. They extended group-on coupon.

I trust Brenda's! They are excellent AND they have heart. Having a stranger come into your home and interact with your belongings can be intimidating.

In the past I haven’t felt uncomfortable with other companies. They have been rude or distant. Brenda herself is a wonderful person. That speaks volumes for whom she would have working for her. I have spoken with Brenda several times on the phone. And when my husband was in the hospital she sent her team out the next day to help me. She made it work. And, the place was sparking!

Quoted me 500 for a deep clean then was charge 720.00. No communication about needing to charge more . They had a good quote but charges me more than any other quote I had. Can’t recommend.
