This place does such phenomenal work. We had used them multiple times when we lived in Marin County and loved them so much, we wanted them to take care of the rugs we just inherited for our new home in Sonoma. They picked them up at our new house and returned them in a very timely fashion which was amazing since we learned in had been at least 25 years since they were cleaned and they were returned looking like new! The only thing we are more impressed with than their level of customer service is the quality of the work that they do!!!!

We have now had two large area rugs cleaned with Silk Road. They both look brand new. The team is curious, professional and timely.

I had 2 rugs cleaned at Silk Road Odyssey and was thrilled with both the quality of work done, AND the kind customer service. The carpets looked 100% better, and I was able to pick up a pad in their Berkeley shop on my way over to my daughter's new Oakland apartment, so everything couldn't have worked out better.

Jay and his team were fair-priced, timely, and so knowledgeable. Came and picked up my beloved antique 9x12 Chinese rug, and cleaned it by hand, beautifully. Returned it a few weeks later and rolled it out for us, offering helpful information about its value and care. Thank you, Jay! Great work.

We needed a custom rug created - using two separate rugs - and also wanted a custom accent detail sewn into the large rug as well. They didn't hesitate to accommodate. Let me know it was a unique request and that they'll do their best with testing along the way. They provided a sample of the custom detail for approval. The end result was perfect. Could not be happier with their customer service and pricing!

Awesome company and definitely the best prices in the business and just cause it's already a quote does not mean it's the final price cause some carpets need extra attention and or clients can ask for something extra to be done or moved and it all cost but it's definitely worth it cause them carpets be smelling and looking amazing even when it's an old carpet that needs to be changed out.

They did such a wonderful job on our windows, it was so quick and everyone was so respectful and professional. I will never use anyone else!

The windows are clean BUT the springs that hold the screens in place (2 screens in one room) were on the floor, screens replaced without the springs so that I can't remove them AND there is one muddy boot-print on the carpet. When I called I was told that they could return in two weeks, that I should have noticed the problem before they left and that they are not carpet cleaners!!! So much for customer service.
