The team who has come to both do windows and gutter cleaning his been the same for the last 3 years. They are terrific guys, with a sense of humor and a purpose and I cant recommend them enough to anyone who wants professional help with windows and gutters. I hope to see them again in the late summer..

Herbert & Omar are great. We have Pella windows& this time we had them do the inside of the double panes. They do sparkle. Screens are always done. We have told both our daughter and son to use Atlas. Great task done

This company is amazing. Our carpets look and smell like new! And the people doing the work look like they really enjoy what they do !
I have had them clean the carpets twice now and will have them come again when needed!

My clean windows always make it seem that I am in a new house - which, in a way, I am.
I really look forward to seeing Gerber and Omar - they're friendly, and we always have a lot to chat about - kids, school, sports. BUT - they work so quickly and beautifully that they are done w/in the hour.
And off they go until my next appointment, leaving me very happy.

I called to get a quote on a spot cleaning. Our puppy had an accident. I spoke to the owner he was very nice and helpful. Said it would be more cost effective if I did it on my own. He walked me through the steps and product I would need. I appreciate his honesty. If I ever need my full carpet cleaned or windows washed. I would go with this company. It's difficult if not impossible to schedule an appointment with Atlas Window & Carpet Cleaning; since, in my experience, they will not return phone calls. Please allow me to explain, I called them at least a half a dozen times over a ten day period of time attempting to schedule someone to come out and provide a window cleaning estimate. Finally on Friday, May 26th I received a call from a women identifying herself as the "weekend person" who, while very apologetic, would not or could not schedule an estimate. She explained it would not be necessary since they worked on an hourly basis, at $65 per man hour, with a two man, two hour minimum. And, since they're so busy, they would not be available till at least July 15th.

Now I don't know about you but I would at the very least like to have an understanding of whether my total cost would be $260 or $400 or $520. And, the only way for me to understand the estimated time, materials and labor costs would be for Atlas or, for that matter, any other window cleaner to assess the property involved, look me in the eye and provide a written estimate.

Now they have a nice web site with beautiful pictures but is any of it real? They have other reviews but are they real or does the ownership have a large family? And never having had the opportunity to speak with the owner, get a legitimate estimate and actually be able to get something scheduled I can only provide a one star rating. If we're rating POOR customer service they get five stars...

The technicians who did my windows and carpets were courteous, thorough and efficient. I was exceptionally pleased with the work done. Its like enterin a whole new home bright and color enhanced now that my windows, carpets and couch have been cleaned by Atlas!
