Concerned about causing more staining, I decided to get it professionally cleaned. However, the stains were still obvious after Nathaniel's visit. He mentioned that the cleaning solution needs time to work, so we allowed the carpet to dry, but the stains persisted. Nathaniel advised that I could request a follow-up service if the stains remained. The cleaning service was priced at $300, and despite this, the stains I wanted to be removed were still visible. In the end, I decided to put the carpet in a delicate, cold wash cycle, and as you can see from the third image, the stains have completely vanished. I'm uncertain if this is solely due to the brown out solution used during the cleaning, but I can't help feeling like I squandered $300. The cleaning process was swift, and I was expecting more effort in removing the stains, but I understand their reluctance to harm the fabric. In conclusion, I'm conflicted about my feelings, but I'm leaning towards a 4-star rating. They were punctual, caused no damage, and offered to return for a second round of cleaning.
