The Mother Nature's Cleaning Technician did a superlative job cleaning our stairs and hallways in our apartment building. He arrived on time and moved efficiently throughout the entire cleaning procedure, leaving our carpets looking fresh and clean. As a bonus, he was very respectful and polite.

Carpet so saturated it was 3+ days before they were dry enough to return furniture, use the room. Cleaning was not much more effective than a thorough vacuuming. While 1 pet stain was removed, the general cleanliness of the traffic area for us and pets was very disappointing.

Henry did an amazing job. We had a lot of wear and tear and he made it look great. I needed a cleaning before Thanksgiving and they accommodated me even though it was last minute. Thank you so much!

Mother Nature's Carpet Cleaning did such an excellent job for us today. They have done the carpets in our home before, but today I had them out to my business in Pier 39 to clean some tile entryways at our retail stores. Tomas the technician and his assistant were early. They worked 100% efficiently and they made tile that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 20 years look great! Tomas took as much time as he needed but really got in there, scrubbing, treating, and going over the areas again and again until they could be made to look as good as possible (with millions of people walking over them, they would never look like new). Price was right on, completely recommend Mother Nature's services for home or business.

Great experience. Easy scheduling and they were available the following day. The technician walked through my apartment and once he was setup, the whole process took less than an hour. Very happy with final result.

Great job - better than I expected. This is an older office and the carpets are stained and faded. They look great, the stains are gone and even the stairs look good. The price is reasonable and well worth the it.

From first contact to final results employees were prompt and professional and helpful. The wool carpet looks amazing considering there were both coffee and dog urine stains and they successfully removed odors.

Awesome job cleaning our leather couch, area rug, and fabric headboard and frame. I loved that the ingredients they use are nontoxic. So, it smelled fresh and clean when they were done! I highly recommend them!

When we placed the order, I was very descriptive of the job, including measurements. I was told the job would take approximately 3 hours and quoted $654.60 which I already thought was a bit pricey. The job was to start at 8:30 a.m. We received a call the morning of the job and Alejandro said he would be late because there was an accident on the bridge, which is understandable and maybe he could throw in a freebee. Alejandro arrived 40 minutes later and the job was completed by 10:30 a.m. No freebee was offered and we were charged $769.60 on the final billing. In fairness to Alejandro, the job was what we expected but the timing, pricing and expectations failed miserably.

Had a side chair, white sofa and carpet cleaned. The white sofa, which was an expensive one from Ethan Allen was looking quite shabby from our grandkids. A technician last year said there was not much he could do and it didn't look much better when he finished. Mother Nature's technician said it was good fabric and should come up nicely. It did. The sofa looked almost new when he finished.
I cannot recommend them highly enough based on the results.

Julio (our tech.) called that he was on his way to our house this morning, arrived early which we were happy about, reviewed everything we wanted cleaned, including items I had only added the day before.
He kept our house clean even with hoses all over the house, took pics before, showed me areas that couldn’t be cleaned any further - that we’d had for awhile so not surprising and shared a protectant coating.

We've used Mother Nature's Cleaning for the last several years, and they always do a good job. They are prompt and thorough and the technicians are polite and helpful.

We used Mother Nature Cleaning to do a thorough cleaning of our furniture after a move and as a recommendation from my doctor to remove allergens. The staff was responsive in quoting over email and the crew was efficient and respectful of our home. Our home is a loft down 7 levels on a hillside and they were able to trouble shoot with ease.
