They did a great job. Carpets are like new. All dog pee smell removed. Easy to deal with also. I highly recommend them.

The gentleman who came to do the cleaning and take my Rug did an amazing job. He was fast efficient and everything looks superb afterwards. I would give him a five star, except for the fact that he left and left my hose outside unplugged so he didn’t screw it back in and now when I did screw it back in it doesn’t work so he clearly switched something off. The water is not flowing.
Five stars means you reconnect the hose and you Make sure it’s working before you leave!

I would love to update this review if they could just fix that one problem. I use that hose to water all my plants.

Our carpet had multiple stains from dog urine, etc. We had cleaned it many times with our carpet cleaner, but it began to smell. The team at Mother Nature’s did a fantastic job. The carpet smells clean and ALL of the stains are gone!

Mother Nature's Cleaning service did a great job on our area rug. We had food spills, a pet accident and general usage, and they made the rug look like it was spotless. And as we were going away, they did a super quick turnaround. I'd recommend them and will use them again.

Our extra large natural fiber rug was stained by our elderly dog and Mother Nature cleaned it perfectly. No stain and no odor! They checked in with us and communicated when it would be finished. And it was done on time and quickly.
