Called them to get out a blood stain and they were here in 30 minutes. Got everything out and were very friendly.
We noticed the next day that there was a spot we did not see and they came back out again in less than 30 minutes and cleaned everything to our satisfaction. No charge.

Ceasar got them out & did 3 Area wool rugs, that look brand new now for a great price. They came back to deal with blood stain residue with a great attitude & to make sure the stains are totally gone. I’d never use anyone else & highly recommend this great company. Fiber Carpet Cleaning is my go to carpet cleaner in my house in Tiburon for the last 5 years. Sebastian the owner returns my calls promptly and the service is always thorough & professional! They are flexible to our busy schedule and always show up with a smile . With four small children at home, I love that they use green products as well.

Sebastian and his son did an excellent job on my wall to wall wool carpet. I am so pleased. They worked very hard to do a much better job than the last cleaner. They said to really let the wool dry well and we did. Good advice.

The company I originally planned to use showed up and would not do the job. They could not do my wool pad stairs, then upping the price. I contacted Sebastian, he jumped into action, came the same day and was fantastic, extraordinary REALLY, delightful with great integrity. The chemicals his man used made stains on my stairs. He came back the next day and made the job perfect with a smile and a good explanations. Things happen, I get it. The real lesson/issue is how one takes care of problems. I LOVE THEM!!! Abbey Carpet installed carpeting on stairs to our garage and recommended Fiber Care to clean it as it was looking really dirty and stained.

Sebastian just left - he cleaned the stairwell carpet, getting rid of many bad stains I thought would never come out. He also cleaned our dining room chairs (getting rid of a couple of annoying stains) and he put fiber protection on two new sofas as well as the dining room chairs.

Sebastian was on time, professional and clear with respect to pricing (and expectations). While he didn't think he could get out some of the stains, he did!!!
