Great experience all around. My arborist William was friendly and knowledgeable about his craft and had solid recommendations - I never got the sense he was trying to sell me anything, just offering solutions. The company was communicative and clear on pricing (which was quite reasonable I think) and expectations, was on time, and considerate of neighbors. I will happily use Treemasters in the future.

They did an excellent job! William and Ariel were extremely efficient and friendly! The cost was very fair as well and they went above and beyond our expectations. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs trees or stumps removed!

David came for the estimate and was very thorough on the bill of work. Ulises and crew did a great job at just what I wanted and a bit more. Cleanup was thorough. I felt the process was competitive or better than other services used in the past.

Treeemasters did the most incredible pruning job of a front yard tree which was completely out of control and overhanging the sidewalk, street, and house. Here is a picture of the tree after their work. The arborist, David, who evaluated the tree was so nice to work with. Since we live in a different city, he sent me a video pointing out all the work that needed to be done. The office staff was super friendly when I talked with them about payment. We've used Treemasters before for problems with very old and large trees, and they have always done an outstanding job!

The team at Treemasters did an excellent job! The certified arborist David provided excellent advice and worked out a phased approach over a five-month period. Both crews were very professional, communicated well, and consulted with us throughout the project. First crew removed a diseased tree, ground the stump, pruned & trimmed trees. Second crew came back for Spring 2026 pruning & trimming of olive trees, laurel, and pittosporum. We would highly recommend Treemasters!

Treemasters was just amazing and professional and helpful on all levels. My situation was with a Palm Tree which had to be trimmed as the Palm fronds were falling and dangerous. It was hard to do with the tree really really tall and involved a crane. Everyone from Mike to all the workers and Tanya were so incredible......

Two big oaktrees were expertly addressed at my Fairfax hillside home. One cabled per instructions of the arborist to prevent limb breakage, the cable of the other checked as well, plus excess-weight foliage removed and chipped in my driveway. Cleanup afterwards was immpeccable—even rooftops of my house and the neigbor’s. Workers were kind, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!

Tree Masters did an amazing, highly tactical and Incredibly professional job of removing our Elm tree. They had to work in a very tight space between two houses and were able to scale the tree and bring everything in and out via crane including the stump grinder! Not only did they do a remarkable job every removing the tree but it was quite an event to watch from a spectator perspective. Also leave a tidy project space behind. All blown out.... all cleaned up and so grateful for their hard work.
Tree Masters back office team is also fantastic and took care of getting our permit with the town, marking the street and setting up ahead of time for all of the large equipment to come in. Top notch operation!

Does a great job

BEWARE!! I used them for janitorial work at my apartment complex. I got a call a week ago from the worker who came out three separate occasions saying they did not pay them for their services. The worker is seeking payment from us. This is truly disturbing.

One Stop Maintenance is outstanding! They really cared about us as a client and took care of even the smallest details - even things we didn't think to ask for. Their service is more comprehensive than others I have used and the price is fair. The owner is very responsive and provided a fast turnaround for us even though it was last minute. Highly recommend!

John (the Owner) was absolutely fantastic - he responded immediately to my inquiry, was flexible in setting a time that worked for me, charged a reasonable rate, and did a fabulous job cleaning our very dirty awning!! I would recommend One Stop any time and will definitely be using them again in the future.
