We had a great experience with Mother Nature’s Cleaning! Our technician, Javier, was excellent and did his absolute best to revive our apartment’s carpets. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use their services in the future.

We dropped off an 8x10 shag rug that we've had for over 10 years. It was soaked with dog pee (new and old), and had multiple kids paint stains on it. Mother Nature's Clearing provide an amazing experience. Reasonably priced with great communication. They identified a few stains that they warned us they may not be able to remove, but they ended up doing it. Amazing. Our rug is like new and we couldn't be happier.

I wish I could be leaving a positive review here, but sadly it was an awful experience. Upon pickup there was one guy who didn’t speak English. He didn’t explain anything to me and I ended up getting an invoice with additional charges that I had no idea about. They were kind enough to remove the charges. Originally I had been given a return date of Wednesday, but received no communication until the following Wednesday when the items were returned, a full 7 days later. They dropped off the items while I was in a meeting and when I came out to inspect them there was huge rips in the fabric and the cushions had been shrunken. What upset me the most was someone could have contacted me before or after about the condition and no one did. When I asked for a full refund for my entire invoice they refused and only provided partial with a credit for the future.

Mother Nature Cleaning did an outstanding job with two European rugs I inherited from my aunt. The colors are vibrant again, and they feel clean through and through. The service was prompt, professional, and full of care. I’m grateful to see these cherished pieces restored so beautifully. Highly recommend!

We hired mother nature‘s cleaning to address a stain on a relatively new couch and carpet. We didn’t need the entire carpet or couch cleaned – only one area. Javier took care of both, quickly and effectively.

We chose mother natures cleaning because they use nontoxic green products, and because they include their technicians on their website with their bios. I didn’t see another cleaning company that did that. What that said to me, was that mother nature’s cleaning is proud of their technicians, and expects to have a relationship with them for a very long time.

Mother Nature’s Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our bedroom carpet. I received a full bedroom cleaning with specialized spot treatment. I wish I took before and after pictures because it was literally the difference between night and day that they made. My carpet looks as good as new!!!

Mother Natures Cleaning did a FANTASTIC job. They did a deep cleaning on all of the tile in our home and what a huge difference. The tile and grout look amazing. In addition, they did a great job cleaning several of our rugs and a sectional that was outstanding. I highly recommend Mother Natures Cleaning for this work. They were professional, very communicative and fairly priced.

The job was to clean an 85% polyester, 15% linen (tricky) sofa with water stains of unknown origin. Mother Nature's was competitively priced, very responsive, and on time. Technician was kind, explained the process, was knowledgeable of materials and cleaning solutions. He was fast and efficient and low-impact. The sofa came out clean and since it was a faster job than expected, he threw in a few dining chairs to boot. Left with no muss, no fuss. And for those for whom it's important, the cleaning solutions are naturally derived and non-toxic, so there's that. I'd definitely use Mother Nature's again.

I’m genuinely impressed with this carpet cleaning company! Booking was quick and simple, and came in promptly on appointment day. The technician who came out was not only friendly and professional, but you could tell he truly cared about the quality of his work. Mother Nature's Cleaning steam cleaned the stairs and carpet in our office where multiple humans and dogs trudge around every day. The carpet came out looking great and we were all pleasantly surprised at the lack of chemical smells! Totally neutral smelling and only damp, we were able to get back to work in no time. We will definitely use their services again.

I had my sister's carpet cleaned for her Christmas present. The carpet is a good 20+ years old. It still has a lot of life to it but I couldn't believe how NEW it looked after Henry was finished. We also had her mattress cleaned. It was a very reasonable price for the two. The office staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them !!!! We will be calling them back soon to clean the sectional.

Very bad experience my friends recommend this company because they said they did a good job !but actually when They come to my place to clean my couch in my rack. They do a lousy job and they damage my couch and also there was soaking wet in a lot of dirt. Still there smell after the next day. And then later, they told me to send my rack to the warehouse in San Rafael to additional charge for delivery a pick up . I don’t recommend this company for other people the first thing honest the second they don’t do a good job when they come to do at your house .

Super super happy with the results! I’m happy I went with mother natures cleaning, Julio was great at being honest with the stains and really lifted the dirt from our high traffic areas as you’ll see in our pictures the carpets were just abused haha they almost look brand new! And great price for 4 rooms
