They did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment and were also very open to any comments I had about areas that needed to be deep cleaned. I will definitely continue using this service.

Update: I fell asleep during a morning cleaning, and they left before cleaning my bedroom and bathroom. When I woke up a few minutes after they left and called to see if they could come back and finish up, they were back within 10 minutes and completed the cleaning. Again, a fantastic service.

we hired molly maid in a pinch to clean an apt for move out in larkspur. josephina and berta were FANTASTIC. super thorough, thoughtful, helped in ways they didn't need to. i live in LA but i would hire these 2 wonderful ladies in a heartbeat !!

The staff was very careful with all the moving parts that had to be relocated. They did a great job on the cleaning!

Andrea was really nice and the place was clean! One thing was under cushions I had to point out to vacuum a bit more which they did immediately but other than that no issues.

We've used Molly Maid for the past 6 years. The team is consistent and always on time. My kitchen is spotless and the bathrooms shine! They love our dog also :) Payment is easy and rescheduling is never a problem. Worth every penny.

I returned home to a deep-cleaned house! Everything looked great. They did a thorough job. A few issues: They did accidentally break a small figurine. I thought the top of the fan blades were supposed to be cleaned. Overall difficulty in communicating with the company across various platforms: text, Zoom, email, phone. Hard to reach someone in person unless they call you back, which was challenging navigating with my occupation. I would use them again, now that I know what to expect.
