I signed a lease to my new place but wanted to do a deep clean before I moved in so I decided to research which company would be best to use, and due to all the great reviews, I decided to choose Molly Maid. I'm so glad I did because they sent Dina and Julia who did an amazing job and paid attention to every detail. They did everything from wiping down the cabinets inside and out, wiping down the blinds, vacuuming and mopping the entire townhouse, and way more. Customer service is also very professional and they work with you and communicate through every step of the way. I highly recommend choosing this company.

I had a great experience with Molly Maids. Sonia and Julia did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. They were very professional, kind, and clearly experienced. I booked the cleaning with short notice, and they were still able to handle everything I needed help with. They did an excellent job, especially cleaning my bathroom, kitchen, windows, and curtains. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Molly Maids.

Martha and Sofia were delightful. They threw their shoulders into a pretty long list of requests that we asked for a Deep Spring cleaning.

Excellent Excellent selection of Beautiful plants and more!!!! We've been here again and again purchasing lovely ferns, flowers, ground cover, dirt, wood chips etc. What a WONDERFUL place to go! Awful service rang and rang. No one answered my call. Then when they did, I was hung up on.. I have one simple question. Just ridiculous unprofessional..

Birds inside. Horribly organized with items out of place. Garden hoses blocking cart paths. Staff is slow and not helpful. Salesmen asking if you want solar.

Garden center did not have very much soil or soil amendments I was at Vallejo the day before and they had a much better selection of soil amendments perlite and different products for planting

I do not know why they have a phone number as no one answers the phone. I was on hold both yesterday afternoon and this morning for 20+ minutes each time trying to reach the garden center with no luck. I then tried calling in to ask to talk to the Manager, but no one picked up on the general line even after 10+ minutes on hold.

Al service, with the exception of the garden department. Horrific lack of attention to the customer's existence. Multiple cashiers chatting and comparing manicures. NO ONE available in lumber AT ALL. As a contractor, I will take my business anywhere other than this store again.

Very nice Home Depot garden center.

I called Saturday morning to check a garden item, no one answer their phone call. The automated answering directed me to garden but no one ever pick up the phone. It seems no one work there. It is shocking that in San Rafael area, there has a home improvement store like HOME DEPOT has this kind of service.

They literally do not care - asked for help was told someone would help ( was buying a bettery operated portable power washer ) waited 20 mins in an aisle for no one to turn up bought same product on Amazon which was delivered next day for $30 less ..they have lost my business forever

Garden Center has a great selection, reasonable prices, quality plants ... and some folks who have been there aa long time and are quite knowledgable. Not always easy to find someone, but that's just corporate short-staffing - the people are nice!
Pro/Am-Tip; if buying trees, the ones in the big wooden boxes outside are a much better investment than the ones by the front, half again as much, maybe even twice the price, but well worth it because of size and health (recently I bought 3 trees in each size and wish I'd biought 6 big ones)

Keisha is the only reason this wasn't a one star review. Save yourself the sanity, and buy it online so you just have to pick it up or just go to a different location.

Definitely not enough staffing to help at the lumber construction checkout. One clerk and seven contractors/customers in line at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Easy access to great materials at a good price.
