Walked into my garage the other day, and saw water dripping from the ceiling to my tool bench below (with a lot of water damage to the ceiling as well). No bueno!! Gave Doke's Plumbing a call and their technician Enrico was on site within an hour - he efficiently diagnosed the issue (failed toilet seal in the bathroom upstairs). A few hours later my toilet was reseated, and everything was / is groovy (and bone dry)!! Well done, Team Doke!

During an after hours emergency, I scrambled to find a plumbing vendor who would answer the phone.

Several colleagues in the property management field recommended Doke's and they did not disappoint. Doke himself picked up the phone at 9PM and was able to get our building covered during the emergency.

An unexpected water heater replacement isn't fun, but today, when my wife and I found ourselves in that situation, working with Enrico from Doke's made it just about as good as it could be. He showed up fast, talked us through all our options (we considered a repair but ended up settling on a replacement given the age of our old heater), and then did great work on the install. Happy to have this done and that we had Doke's get it done for us. Now for a long-overdue hot shower.

Doke’s Plumbing is a five star organization. What I was looking for was to save as much money as possible and have experts install a new heat pump whole house heat and AC system. That’s just what I got, from Wendy at the front office to the excellent installers, Evan and Jose. Evan provided me a detailed quote with options so that I could make decisions on the work I needed to fit my budget. When the installation started, Evan was communicative at every step, just plain nice to be around, and he and Jose are very skilled their job. They kept the job site clean during the two days of installation, and took me through each step, and then at the end made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they left.

We have used Doke’s for many years happily for a variety of things, but recently used them for a major project - design and installation of an entire radiant heating system for a complete to-the-studs remodel of our primary residence. This involved several months of planning and work, so we got a lot of time to see Doke’s in action. They were professional, highly capable, timely, and just generally gracious and nice people. My general contractor told me he would put the Doke’s team in the top 5% of plumbing contractors he has ever worked with over 30 years. The system is up and running now, and works perfectly. I can highly recommend Doke’s based on our recent substantial experience with them.

We had the best experience with Doke’s Plumbing. In a time where Customer Service seems to be forgotten, it was a very refreshing and positive experience. The sales rep was very thorough, thoughtful, and communicated very clearly how the process would go. When I called them up, I actually thought I needed a new water heater, but my sales rep explain to me what was going on and that I didn’t need a new one. That may have been the first time that’s ever happened to us. Anyway, he spent the day at my house fixing all the other repairs and making sure the new fixtures were acceptable for me and my wife. It was great to have an experience where it was an old school, hard-working, customer service oriented sales representative/plumber. We highly recommend Doke’s Plumbing!

Enrico just came out for a routine check up and maintenance of our plumbing, water heater, and radiant floor heat boiler. He was very thorough, professional, and informative. Thankfully, right now we didn’t need anything major, but both our water heater in our boiler have been looked at and cleaned out. No leaks in our plumbing. Thanks so much Enrico!

Also, several months ago, Steve had come out from Doke’s and diagnosed a problem with our radiant floor heat boiler. He also was helpful in getting on the phone with our home warranty company, explaining the issue to them, so they were able to reimburse us for covered expenses. He ordered the part, it came in pretty quickly and he was back over here and installed it. He also did a nice maintenance to the boiler system.

Evan and Jose from Doke's Plumbing installed a new heating system today and were extremely professional, efficient and curteous. Evan has provided service twice and is a bright young man who is respectful, explains the product and answers questions thoroughly. I also used this company for evaluating my plumbing system for insurance purposes and a gentleman I believe named Julio provided a thorough review, even going into my tiny crawl space to exam the copper pipes for leaking. I can't thank him enough for being so particular. I highly recommend Doke''s Plumbing. I had a great experience with the employees at this company each time.

We had what we thought/hoped was a simple backed up kitchen sink. We called Doke's, and as luck would have it we ended up with the big guy himself, and his amazing sidekick Jose. Doke is what I would describe as a plumbing geek. Gleefully flipping through photos of our crawl space and existing pipes, and smiling ear to ear at the sound of water swooshing through a cleared drain! He knows code. He explains things clearly. He worked respectfully with Jose and as a team they were careful at every turn. We ended up having some unexpected work done, and took Doke's advice on a few maintenance items that we'll thank ourselves for in the future. We feel like we now have the right company to call for all things plumbing!
