The technician showed up on time, was professional and courteous. The technician was even patient enough to show me what I did wrong and explain what he was doing. I would recommend them.

Alex was incredible. He was timely, knowledgeable, skilled, prompt and efficient, and quite helpful in answering a host of questions regarding the furnace. He also went out of his way to address concerns about the interconnection (or absence thereof) of venting from the furnace and nearby (hard to access) utilities such as the water heater. Indeed, he tested indoor heating ducts to be sure there was no carbon monoxide in the heating vents. We definitely would use Patriot again. Our only issue: we are in Berkeley; Patriot is in Marin County and they charge for transportation time -- we think on some visits we would be charged more for transit time than service time. Probably still worth the effort on anything more than simple maintenance (e.g. changing filters).

Patriot installed my new furnace about five years ago. They were very helpful getting it up and running and helping me with the warranty and registration. Since then they have been great providing maintenance and repairs. Recently I had to have a part replaced and they felt with it promptly and efficiently.
