I was very pleased with Franklin's technical knowledge. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly which the previous plumber had been unable to do. In addition, I found Franklin to be a very pleasant person to deal with. He answered all my questions patiently and to my satisfaction. I give him very high marks.

Franklin came out and found a leak at the water meter quickly and efficiently and fixed it right away - could have turned into a bigger problem had we not found it. I will call Marin H2O again. Recommended!

Prompt arrival to appointment, and seemed to have adequate equipment for the project, however unable to solve our issue of piping clog. This led to a recommendation of tearing up our floor to excavate to soil piping below slab.
We are currently awaiting a proposal for this additional work, which we anticipate will include the prior unsuccessful effort to clear pipe. No photos of pipe clog (suggested as acorn build-up) were provided.

Josh was wonderful, got right to work and finished quickly. He took care of the issue and informed me of another issue that needed to be resolved. He didn’t try to take advantage or overcharge me like another plumber I called before Marin H2O.

We had our sewer line completely blocked and it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Marin H2O was able to send a technician in an hour. He arrived in 30 minutes and cleared out the line. Thank you for the quick response and fixing our sewer issue.

Marin H2O was excellent to deal with. They installed a tankless hot water heater. Their communication was timely and clear. They had three different specialist on site across the two site visits they did. Everybody I met was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Marin H2O.

Highly recommend. We had a spontaneous leak in our bathroom shower, and he was able to come out in just over an hour, and did exactly what we asked for, given our situation. Easy to work with, and helpful insight. Feel bad he had to crawl under the house to deal with it, but he was a good sport about it.

Marin H2O did a great job on my required sewer lateral upgrade. The team led by Nathan and three other hard-working men dug a new trench, made upgraded sewer connections, passed pressure test, laid new concrete, cleaned up the mess and explained procedure and city requirements to me when I had questions. They worked hard for three straight days. I highly recommend this company to work on sewer lateral upgrades.

Today I used Marin H2O for the first time on the recommendation of my neighbor. The plumber they sent, Franklin, was on time, professional, respectful, courteous, did an excellent job flushing my tankless hot water heater, and was generally just a nice guy. I was very pleased with the service I received from Marin H2O. So much so that this is the first time I’ve ever left a review on Google!

I had a great experience. Booking an appointment was easy. The plumber who came out, Franklin, gave excellent service. On the first visit he patiently answered my *many* plumbing questions - I took him on a tour of my toilets, hot water recirculation pump, water heater, water filtration system - he was professional, knowledgeable and articulate as he explained the nature of my problems and the solutions he could offer. When the parts came in and he returned for the repair, Franklin was quick, efficient, and left my space *tidy and clean.* He was super polite and even great with my nervous dog. I hope to not have any more plumbing problems but if I do I know who to call!

I called on Tuesday. They were able to help on Wednesday. We had a new kitchen sink faucet to install. The plumber was professional and did a great job. Plus, he was efficient with time. Fair price. Highly recommend and will use Marin H2O again.
