I started working with Marin H20 in November 2024 when I dialed the emergency line. The owner himself answered and talked me through my emergency water leak. Over time, Marin H20 made recommendations on my aging building on how we can improve everything with the goal of reducing future problems.

From an administration side, Marin H20 is always very responsive whether it is from Mike the plumbing manager to the onsite technician's to back office staff.

I would highly recommend this vendor for future opportunities.

Our Management company hired H20 due to a hot water heater failure in our rental property during the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. Given the urgency of the situation, H20 promptly installed a new tankless water heater which was up and running in just 3 days. The tenants were very pleased with H20's technicians and the quality of their work. H20 just scheduled the final City inspection and did not charge for the presence of their technician during the inspection which passed. Excellent company!

I received a quote for a sewer lateral replacement. It only took a couple of days from initial contact for the tech's site visit and I received the quote the next day. Price was competitive

Ok. So these guys are great! I help my "older" parents with their hone maintenance. They called me and said water pressure way down for a couple weeks. I asked, all the house or just one spot. They said all of the house, so I called Marin H20 who had done a great job fixing old pipes earlier in the year for their house. They showed up promptly, only to figure out that the kitchen sink was clogged and water pressure was good everywhere else. They charged us less than their minimum. I presume they took into consideration my aging parents and am super appreciative!!!

Mike Drake is our contact for projects and complicated plumbing issues. He is always very communicative, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. We are a large property management company and use Marin H20 as one of our plumbing contractors. We are lucky to have them on our vendor team.

Jeff from Marin H2O was wonderful! He did a great job with a complex instal of our high end bidet. He was professional, timely, cleaned up and answered our questions. We are now fans of Marin H2O and highly recommend them.

In May, I hired Marin H2O to disconnect the water supply line to my aging refrigerator. The tech who came out to disconnect the line also crimped it closed on both ends, rendering it useless.

As a result, when my new fridge was delivered a month later, it could not be connected to my water line, and I had to call Marin H2O to correct the same crimp that Marin H2O had itself created.

If Marin H2O's tech had not crimped my line in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to pay $343 for a second service. I was unhappy about the experience, and did not think it was fair, so I emailed Marin H2O to let them know. They never replied to my email, which is disappointing.

Josh was great! I needed to locate some pipes (sewer) on my property and he was so hopeful with this work.

Mike at Marin is great. He was thorough with the estimate and explained the procedure and pricing clearly. Mike sent Jeff and Nate to move some bathroom fixtures. They were both completely professional and friendly. Jeff came back to install a few trim pieces. Again, completely professional and easy to talk to. I could not be happier about my experience with Marin H2O.
