We had Joey out today to check our gas line pressure for a BBQ and fire pit installation. Joey did a very thorough job and communicated a clear assessment and great recommendations. Very nice guy and very professional. We will definitely be using Gotelli Plumbing in the future.

After two days of sump pump problems during endless rain & a power outage where my 78 year old husband was on his hands & knees trying to either get pump working or stop it from spraying water everywhere our neighbor suggested calling Gotelli. At 11pm at wits end I called expecting to leave a message. Instead was greeted by a lovely woman who took the circumstances & made an appointment for next morning.

Gotelli sent confirmation. Sent what to expect. Notified me that technician was on his way. Then notified a second on his way to assist.

David arrived first & immediately got to work assessing & making recommendations for repairs to make system more reliable. Left to get materials & returned with Sebastian & the two of them set to work.

The cost was very fair for not only the parts & labor but the peace of mind a professional can provide during a very stressful time.

Gotelli is on our speed dial for our next need. Probably will contact David in near future to replace an old water heater.

Everyone we have used at Dan's has been great. Josh installed a water shut off valve and explained it clearly. Werner explained clearly a complicated p-trap fix. They are very honest and helpful.

We have been working with Dan’s Plumbing Services for several years now. From repair work, to a full remodel support and the occasional plumbing emergency, we have been highly satisfied! Thank you Jacob in particular!

Dan did a good job and seemed to correct the problem. When he first arrived I asked him to move his truck to the street parking as I didn’t want him on my driveway as it is badly cracked and he had a very heavy truck. He appeared a bit angry but he did it.
He spent time explaining things to me and had to go to the hardware store to get a part which took time. My understanding is that the plumbing company is family run smaller one and so I will probably call again. He did give me a senior discount which I requested. I appreciated that.

From the first phone call with Amelia at noon to the moment Werner left, this was a great experience. Our two toilets stopped up into the bathtubs and a “SuperPlunger” would not clear. Amelia was able to add a last job on to Werner’s schedule since he was able to finish earlier jobs ahead of schedule. He arrived at 3:30 pm and quickly diagnosed a back up in the sewer lateral. He finished in record time and cleaned up the mess. Super polite too!

Great company. Technician has troubleshooted a couple of complex jobs. Knowledgeable, reliable and very capable. Very good customer service as well. They are responsive, helpful and very nice. They're the only plumbing company I use now.

Hello, I had quite a problem with my plumbing situation at my house, and I called up Dans Plumbing and sewer service . They came out to estimate what was needed to be done. Set a day and time and came over and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company whenever you need some kind of a plumbing problem.

I had some problems getting my shower valve replaced. Really a long story. Dan is a great guy and went way out of his way to make it happen correctly. I would highly recommend Dans plumbing to anyone.

My water pressure was too high and causing a leak (overspill in a toilet), but all I knew was that my water bill was higher than usual. Dan's Plumbing was able to find the source and fix it right away. The plumber was very kind and thorough in his explanations.

Excellent communication and service from our initial phone call with Amelia to Jared's home visit. Prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable! Jared listened carefully, asked the right questions to diagnose the issue, jumped into the crawlspace to check plumbing, and provided a thorough explanation of what he thought was going on and what to do about it. Dan’s Plumbing not only provides excellent service, but Dan Is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and operates with the highest integrity. Shout out to Shane, who has recently done two jobs for me. He provided fast and excellent service and is a great guy!! I met Dan when he was first starting out many years ago and he Has been my go-to plumber ever since.Love this company and wouldn’t go to anybody else.
