Well these Gotelli folks are audacious. My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and the garbage disposal was working just fine. I called two plumbers and one (Gotelli Plumbing) could come same day, and the other (Ongaro & Sons) were booked 4 days out.

The Gotelli plumber, without hearing my DIY experience, and not really knowing what the problem was, quoted my wife $787. She interrupted my Zoom meeting because that seemed high. I agreed it was very high and sent the Gotelli plumber on his way, which still cost me $120 for an estimate.

As luck would have it, Ongaro had a cancellation and could come in an hour. Abel from Ongaro heard my DIY experience, and surmised the issue was down the plumbing line. He quoted $368, less than half Gotelli. Abel was correct, snaked the line about 30 feet and the problem was solved. Took less than an hour. That’s some Abel.

Can you believe Gotelli was over $400 higher than Ongaro? I wouldn’t have bothered to review them except they sent me several texts begging for a review. Guys - if somebody only pays your $120 estimate fee and doesn’t hire you, don’t ask for a review for work you didn’t perform.

Outstanding service and reasonable price. Was able to book an appointment quickly and was on time. Jason my tech was very knowledgeable, professional, had the tools, parts and fixed everything right the first time. Also checked all plumbing to ensure there were no other issues. Would highly recommend.

Tom was here to install a new kitchen faucet. He had previously installed our water heater. We are very happy with Tom's work. He works hard and has incredible attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable

Gave four stars because I wish Tom would have mention the customer could have saved 1/2 the cost if I the customer could of removed the bidet myself which would have taken 3 minutes of my time versus a unit of his time. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review.

I had excellent service from Fernando Lara of Gotelli plumbing. Detected and mitigated extremely high water pressure, causing toilets to run with significant water loss. I was offered same-day service/repair following a very thorough evaluation of my home’s plumbing. Very grateful for his professionalism, knowledge and capabilities. Mr Smith installed a new garbage disposal connecting the two and replaced the kitchen sink trap. He cleaned up the area under the sink as well.

We had a hot water heater issue. Fortunately, Gotelli sent Jason over. He did an excellent job and was great to deal with.

Steve and his assistant came to clear a blockage in the main stack drain leading into our condo's kitchen. His 25 years of expertise doing this showed at it was difficult to diagnose the location. I'm new to the area and have worked with 2 other plumbing companies before finding Gotelli. Needless to say, I was not very impressed with the work, or the business model of the previous companies. I accidentally found Gotelli when I was looking for a different company recommended by a friend. The person who answered the phone was so helpful, considerate, and friendly, I decided to move forward. I am thrilled I did. Gotelli as a company is dialed-in. Their processes, systems, communication, and follow through are on point and in real time. Jason arrived and not only did he fix what was not working and not properly uninstalled before, he shared so much helpful information that I found very valuable. He was able to put together a bid right on the spot and explain each line item. He was on time, organized, conscientious, friendly, pleasant, and he is a true professional who clearly is excellent at his craft. Since that first visit, I've called Gotelli and Jason twice more to fix other plumbing issues that were not installed properly the first time. And, both times Jason has had the same level of high value service and information. And, pricing wise, Gotelli has been very competitive and fair. Even if they came back higher than someone else, the way they do business, respect my time, and warranty their work - they are worth every penny.

Be wary. I can't comment on the quality of their work but Tom tried to charge me $6,500 for what he said was 10 hours of work w/ "around $100 of materials"...that would have been ~$650 an hour... but they "don't charge hourly". This was not complex work it was just replacing what I currently have.

When I baulked he played with the numbers for awhile and got it down to just below $5k. The scheduler told me they "charge consistent prices" Clearly they do not.

I had multiple other reputable local plumbers come out who estimated around $2,000 (who charge hourly). Completely ridiculous. I'm still irritated.

As usual, responsive, communicative, fast, and clean. And Jason was great to work with ... always feel fully informed about options. Glad to be part of their Care Club program.
