Had Joe Sullivan out. Joe has worked on some of our projects before and is always professional and expedient. We use Local Plumbing for all of our work at all of our locations because they are head and shoulders above everyone else.

Local Plumbing has done work at my house sevveral times over the preceding years. They are profesional, thorough, transparent and enjoyable to work with. I 100% recommend Local Plumbing.

Local Plumbing is a great company. Noah was very friendly and knoweldgeable. He quickly installed a nice new water heater for me. I recevied excellent customer service overall and am glad I kept it Local.

The plumber was Ricki. He was on time, professional, explained what he was doing and fixed the problem in a reasonable time. He was friendly and represented your company very well. I would not hesitate to use Local Plumbing again.

He replaced a shower valve and then I had him return and replace a toilet and angle stop and repair 3 other toilets .

They are responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. Rick is — by far — one of the best plumbing professionals we’ve ever had work on our old pipes. He found and fixed a major leak for us but also managed to leave everything cleaner and more well organized than how he found it. Five stars. Two thumbs up. Standing ovation.

Since our first experience almost three years ago when it was just Connor and Andres, Local Plumbing has been amazing. Whether it has been an “emergency”, or yearly service on our radiant heating & hot water system, Local Plumbing has been the best. Thank you for being our local plumbers!

Great service. I had them install a seismic gas shutoff valve on my house today. The turnaround time was incredible, communication was clear, the install was smooth, and the plumbers were kind & proficient.

We LOVE Local Plumbing. Our latest project was a new tankless hot water heater with recirculating loop. LP told us about the system, and bid it on Thursday. They then arrived bright and early the next day and removed our old system, installed the new system and had hot water running by 4:30 pm that day.

Local Plumbing, in particular the two techs we worked with, Noah and Andres, were incredible! The tank heater in our home gave out, and they were quick to offer a range of solutions. We wound up having to replace the old heater (it had probably been on its last legs for a few months, anyway), and they were able to schedule an install with a brand new unit the next day. It took them a day to run a new line for a nice tankless heater, and they did it for a much more reasonable price than other places we had contacted. Will definitely use Local Plumbing in the future!

I've tried four other plumbing companies and none come close to the professionalism of Local Plumbing. From estimates to work, they are honest and thorough. They don’t try to constantly upsell you. Joe and Andres made a great team. I finally found my go-to plumbers.

Update. Joe and Andres came back to put in a new vanity/sink. They handled all the minor issues, no problem and all of it with smiles and good vibes and a fair price!

I hired Local Plumbing for a leaky toilet and some other issues that needed to be addressed.

They responded very promptly to my inquiry, were transparent about pricing (after sending out someone to give us an 'estimate' after they looked at the issues) and prompt in scheduling my service appointment.

Our technician/ plumber was Rick G. and he was fantastic. Super efficient, kind, professional and just a good person.

Local Plumbing was easy to set-up an appointment can came promptly the next morning when our Kitchen sink clogged and after multiple attempts to mitigate ourselves the evening before. Very grateful that Noah Langdon was on the job. He's very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious during the entire process. He was very helpful and gave some great insight on the next steps and solutions of our older home. My husband and I will definitely use Local Plumbing (hopefully not too soon) in the future and when ready for the next major project.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was extraordinarily impressed with the work provided by Rick of Local Plumbing. We developed a leak in one of our water pipes. Rick came out and did a thorough investigation to diagnose the problem and fixed it. I was impressed with his professionality and his personability. I would definitely recommend using Local Plumbing and I will use them again should any issues develop.

Once again Local Plumbing delivered. Easy to schedule an appointment. Rick showed up on time and was quickly able to diagnose and fix our issue. He also let me know how to do maintenance on my own in the future to help prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. All Local Plumbing staff are courteous, friendly, and skilled at their job.

Having a water heater issue, I had previously asked for a repair from a different plumbing company which didn't even attempt to identify the issue but rather just tried to convince we needed to get an entirely new water heater (and at a cost that seemed way beyond the high end).

Using Local Plumbing before, I finally called them before considering a replacement and Rick was able to diagnose the issue (although the heater was a bit old, he was able to identify the issue) and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price.

They are now my go to company for plumbing services in Marin and will gladly call them for any future issues/repairs/installations. Just the knowing that they weren't trying to upsell unnecessary services, etc.

Another happy experience with Local Plumbing today! Noah Langdon replaced my bathroom sink faucet with a new one that Moen provided under my warranty. As I've found with all of Local Plumbing's technicians, Noah was pleasant and a great communicator. He let me know how long he thought the job would take, and he did a great job within that time frame.

Fernando and his asistant were very professional and personable. They fixed our problems quickly and competently. We will be using Gotelli again for our other repair needs. We have always had a good experience with Gotelli.

Steve Smith, the plumber that came out was very personable. He explained what needed to be done, the cost (which I had misunderstood), did the repair, and in less than 15 min. Once I saw the bill I was in sticker shock and just paid it. The next day I called for a breakdown of the service, I did not receive a call back, but did get a text to rate the service call. I asked to be called, I talked to Sam, I stated I understood that to come assess was $120 and the price of the cartridge is anywhere from $20 to $100 dollars, I asked why my bill was $836.78. He said they do not break down the service call (i.e. parts, hours worked etc) "that is the price of doing work in Marin County." I will not use this company again, too expensive.
