Everything went as promised. Installers were very efficient and polite. Megan was a great manager, very helpful.

We had a phenomenal experience with Carpet One, during which we had replaced carpet in our master and spare bedrooms, the lone spaces that needed new carpet. The team was attentive, responsive, and professional — from the initial inquiry through the installation itself.

The two carpet installers were excellent; they were courteous and hard-working, fully respectful of my request to keep doors as closed as possible to keep insects out. All in all, impressed with the commitment to quality service.

We recently recarpeted our entire home with Carpet One in San Ramon, CA. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We walked into the store and were immediately greeted warmly. We hadn't purchased carpeting for quite some time and the employees brought us up to date with their knowledge of what to look for. They gave us time to explore on our own, yet were there when we had questions. We visited the store several times and, each time, found the employees gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even steered us toward a selection that was on sale. Installation was scheduled quickly and to suit our calendar. The installers did a marvelous job. Ken, the project manager, kept us informed about the entire process throughout including lots of advice about carpet care and protecting the warranty. He checked on the installation and touched base with us every day. He visited personally when we contacted him after the installation with a question. We wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One

EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the time we entered the store to job completion, everyone we have interacted with is top notch. We had our downstairs hardwood floors replaced with new hardwood floors following a flood. We were first greeted and helped by Angelique at the store. Her customer service is outstanding and her help in picking our floors within our budget was fantastic. She and everyone at the store is so kind and patient. Gregory (owner) was excellent at estimating with attention to detail. Many other flooring companies forgot to check clearance/different thickness between old and new floor but he did not miss a detail. We went with Carpet One SR after the outstanding interactions with Angelique and Gregory. Felix was our lead installer and he and his whole team were amazing! They worked so hard on what was a very challenging job and were done on time and the craftsmanship is truly superb (including the most beautiful transitions). Carly in the office was so kind and helpful too! We will not hesitate to have Carpet One San Ramon help us with any future flooring needs! Our floors look amazing and their customer service is even better :)

Carpet One San Ramon did an excellent job installing our new luxury vinyl plank floor throughout our downstairs. It was a great experience from selecting the floor all the way through the installation. We will definitely be coming back for our future flooring needs. Really appreciated the straightforward no cost estimate process at Carpet One. We were charged to get the estimate and to check out samples by another company that does a ton of TV ads.

First of all, their hardwood selection is excellent and on par with other local stores that only deal with wood and vinyl (no carpet). Secondly, of the 3 bids we got, Carpet One of San Ramon was the only vendor that followed state law regarding home improvement contracts and progress payments. One (reputable!) local store asked us to pay for the whole project in advance saying it was a "custom order." Sorry, no. That's illegal and immediately made me distrust them. Lastly, Christian and his installation crew did a *fantastic* job (even with the difficult trim work and many leveling challenges). We work from home so we saw how hard the team worked and how professional they were throughout the whole process. I am glad I chose Carpet One of San Ramon. We could not be happier with our new wide plank floors -- they are beautiful!

We want to highly recommend Carpet One of San Ramon for your flooring needs. We took in a few bids and their pricing was reasonable. We choose them because the project manager Ivan Castillo was responsive, listened to our vision and told us we would have the same team every day. Ivan also said they could do a “picture frame” tile rug at entry.
Our team was Alfredo and Omar. In Sept 2020, they installed porcelain 24 x 24 tile in an offset pattern and new baseboards on the majority of our downstairs which took 5 days. They were here every morning on time with a smile. They were careful and respectful of our property. They cleaned up everything each night before leaving. The tiles were cut and laid with precision. Alfredo and Omar are true artisans! The entryway is gorgeous and we get many compliments, even from other contractors who came to put in counters or paint. That says a lot. We love our new flooring and will use Carpet One of San Ramon for future rooms requesting Alfredo and Omar to do the work.
