Attic Renew 360 delivered excellent crawlspace cleaning, just as they promised. Very pleased!

The agent was allocated 9 to 11am tike frame, he started only by 10 and finished by 1120 or so. It was done pretty quick than what I thought, so concerned about the quality of cleaning performed.

They did a great job, Attic deep cleaning, Rodent proofing, they air sealed holes and cracks around my attic and re-insulate with eco friendly insulation. Sam was our main contact. He was Very responsable and he’s team that came in to to the job were very professional. The tech that did the follow up did a great job as well. Was impressed by how clean and neat they were considering what a messy job it is, and all done in one day and my attic is perfect. It gives me a relief that my attic is free of rodents and germs.

We originally hired this company for rodent proofing for our home. The sales agents inspected and upsold complete insulation renewal along with rodent proofing. We spent a lot of money and they assured warranty for rodent proofing. We however continued to have rodent problems. Upon simple inspection I did subsequently, it was clear that they missed a lot of spots. Even the few spots they patched, the workmanship was very poor. Further, the central vacuum piping in the crawl space was broken after their work. Bottom line, rodents continued to fester both inside my home and the crawl space and new problems popped up after their work.
I ended up working with a simple handyman and was able to address the problem completely.

The crew dropped down the new insulation and cleaned up the attic after themselves. They also gave a quick overview of what they did, which was nice.
