Tri-County Carpet Care are the best in the West! Tammy and Gerald are an AMAZING team and can handle any dirty carpet you send their way! I use to have a purple Jacaranda tree in front of my office and clients would bring the flowers on the bottom of their shoes onto the carpet. I thought for sure that my carpets were stained and going to need to be replaced. Gerald came out and put their "secret spray" and cleaned the carpet and made it look brand new! Thank you Gerald and Tammy, you're my forever carpet cleaners!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have been using them for years. Jerry, the owner, has come out and cleaned up animal accidents from pretty much every surface in my home. Lime stone counters, carpet, walls and my garage flooring. After he finishes you would think I had replaced everything. Beautifully clean. He is also a chemist. If you have a bleach stain on fabric, such as an area rug or carpet, he can dye it back perfectly to match. I have had quality work for a fair price.

I’ve been using Tri-County Carpet Care at my home in Danville for ten years. They have consistently exceeded my expectations for customer service and for overall high-quality work. They’ve saved my carpets from all the assaults you imagine (and even some you wouldn’t imagine) in a house with three kids and an elderly dog and then a puppy. Even (and especially) nice woolen rugs and shag. I’m a devoted customer for life!

I have used Tri-County Carpet Care for several years now. Tammy is very helpful in setting up appointments, and they have consistently been able to safely clean our loop carpeting, without pulling the loops out. Jerry is very knowledgeable about what he does, and is a pleasure to know. We also recently had our large, beige colored sectional sofa cleaned, and it looks like new! Highly recommend these nice folks.

RBM is a dream come true. When our company (Venture X - Pleasanton) first opened we had a hard time finding a janitorial team that met our standards. After cycling through a few different janitorial companies, a fellow business owner referred us to RBM. From their first day up until now, they have been nothing but amazing. Our space is always spotless and in the year we have used them we've never found anything to complain about. Dave checks in regularly to make sure we are satisfied with the work being done and always goes above and beyond whenever we need anything out of the norm. I would highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

We have been working with RBM for the past year and they have done a fantastic job in our space! The new owners are a business-minded family that goes out of their way to make sure that their team is working to their high standards. Dave always makes sure to check in with me personally to see if there's anything that he or his team could do better. Also, their staff is super friendly I would definitely recommend them because they do a great job and our space is over 13,000 SF.

Broke my daughters toy by throwing things around. Cleaning is not done on most of the home. Vacuum around everything. Terrible attitude.

Mostly good opinion of The Maids Danville (now in San Ramon). We've used them for years. Usually show up on time with a 4 person crew, so cleanings are fairly unintrusive and efficient. Only real issue is there is a revolving door of employees (not surprising) and it is difficult to maintain consistency. Overall, about as well run as could be expected.

I have had the Maids clean my house in Dublin twice a week for several years. The crew is always efficient, thorough, and quick. They are always pleasant and friendly, as well. I would definitely recommend them for regular cleaning service.

Do not use this company! The maid in the bathrooms pulled down a shower rod and didn’t report it, spilled water on the carpet and didn’t report it and now I’ve got 1 of two Lume deodorants missing. The owner told me I was wrong and that he trusted his maids. Trust it not, he’s got a problem growing.

I had to squish up the water from the carpet and put a fan on it for 4 days. And a minor theft. Plus I am going to have to have someone fix my shower rod.

The owner told me I was wrong. He claimed that the water had to be from a leaky sink. The spill was a full foot away brim the sink cabinet. No carpeting between the sink and spill was wet. I emptied out the cabinet under the sink and found it completely dry. I ran water to the top and let it drain. Nothing under the dink had even a hint of moisture. I had a contractor come to look at it. He says there is no leak. I am not wrong!

Service was great, used for a one time move out clean up. The crew cleaned up the apartment was very satisfied with the job! The price was fair for what the ladies did, Michael (the owner) worked with my schedule and kept me in the loop with notification by text to let me know the appointment times and when the crew arrived! Would definitely recommend

I have cats in my house and as you may know they shed a lot of hair and they all accumulate on the carpets in my house which are quite large, I have been hiring this company for 3 months and they are very responsible and professional, they always leave the carpets in my house impeccable, if you have pets at home I recommend them 100%.

Gutter master/Samuel was on time and vacuumed out the dirt and weeds from our gutters.

He was preparing to leave when we asked him to flood the gutters for any leaks and we would be happy to pay more

He went back up and flooded the gutters and no leaks
