My experience with this company was top notch. Phone calls were either answered immediately by a knowledgeable person, or returned within an hour. I recently hired Brandon Jr. with Professional Powerwashing to clean my backyard, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My yard had some stubborn stains and a significant amount of plum pulp from a plum tree, which I thought would be nearly impossible to remove. However, Brandon and his team worked wonders.

I hit up Brandon last week because I had moss on my roof and my insurance was trying to cancel me. He was very responsive when i hit him up and had pleanty of knowledge around my issue. He locked my in his schedule in less than a week which was huge with my insurance giving me only a month to get everything fixed.
His guys did a great job and we're very professional.There was great notice of when they were leaving shop in Concord and when they would be there as well as gave me a heads up when they were 15 min out which was huge. They worked with my insurance to update them with the work that they did and the before and after pictures. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

These guys are AMAZING! I recently moved into an apartment where the previous tenants left the garage filthy and smelly. The property mgmt had maintenance clean it but they could not completely remove this gross sticky stain and stench. I asked if they can get it professionally pressure washed but they would not. So I called around trying to find a reasonable price to get it done myself and Brandon from PPPM responded by wanting to ‘pay it forward’ from an experience he had that day where someone helped him…God bless him! He offered to have a tech come out to take care of my garage problem. One of his manager’s, Ray scheduled it and sent Tyler to clean my garage. Tyler was able to remove the stain and stench completely and also tidied up the rest of my garage floor. Tyler was very pleasant and did an amazing job. I am truly grateful to Brandon, Ray and Tyler. Not only do they provide top tier superb service. They were all very nice and easy to work with and they definitely showed a lot of care and effort into helping others.

We were informed we were being canceled by homeowners insurance due to discoloration on our roof tiles. I called PPWPM and they gave me an immediate quote and were able to schedule us in within a week. They were very professional and were able to complete the job in one day leaving the surrounding area and the house very clean. They also worked directly with our insurance agent sending the receipt along with before and after pictures. We were reinstated in 3 days. I highly recommend PPWPM.
