Mustafa showed up on a Sunday morning to help us with an emergency and clean our living room carpet before our Christmas guest arrived. He doesn’t normally work on Sunday and made an exception to help us out. We really appreciate his amazing service in addition to his excellent skills. Thank you, Mustafa!

Tri Valley Steamer did an awesome job. Did our couch’s, floors and grout in our master bath. They did a fantastic job. Great communication, showed up right on time, and worked very cleanly. Very professional set up.

Mustafa and associate were VERY prompt, openly communicative and explained everything they planned to do. The most remarkable part of that was they actually fulfilled their promises beyond our expectations. We've had our carpets cleaned many times in the past (over 25 years with 4 grandchildren?) and NO ONE came close to the perfection these two guys achieved. By far Trivalley Carpet Care provided the best carpet cleaning service we've ever had after at least 4 ... maybe 5? ... previous companies. You won't be sorry if you use these guys.

Mustafa and his team from Tri-Valley Steamer did an excellent job for us. They were able to remove some of the tough stains from our carpet and at the end the whole carpet feels nice with fresh smell.

I called Brandon on a Friday to discuss staining on our pool deck due to droppings from a neighbor’s Redwood tree. Within three hours, James stopped by to evaluate our pool deck and provide insight. Later that afternoon, I had a quote and the work was performed the following Monday and Tuesday to clean and seal the deck. A few weeks ago, I was looking to find someone that could come out and clean the patio pavers and do a quick soft power wash on the roof and just get everything cleaned up a little bit. I called a few companies and either had to leave a message or nobody got back to me. After searching online I found professional power, washing maintenance of San Ramon and I gotta tell you they were great! From answering the phone to discussing the work and directing me to their online website to schedule the cleaning was super easy. I found this company on Facebook and thought I'd give them a try. Not only are they friendly, professional and responsive but the work they provide is remarkable. I had them complete a job to remove rust stains off the concrete around the office and pool area. They not only removed all the rust but they made the concrete sparkle which is something we never knew we had. It looks beautiful and welcoming once again. We will definitely be using this company moving forward.

They took my call on mother's day! They washed my roof less than 24 hours later on Monday morning! Then they sent documents to my insurance to prove that the moss problem was rectified. Great Service!! Great people!!

I love this company. They came all the way form San Ramon to Watsonville to do a paint removal job to prep the surface for an art installation. I bought a home that doesn’t get much sunlight. The driveway, back patios, walkway to the door was dirty and partially covered in moss. The crew came on time and brought industrial grade scrubbing and power washing equipment. They carefully moved my patio furniture to clean and promptly put it all back afterward. The before and after comparison exceeds my expectations. I’m thankful this company and crew exist and I will definitely be calling on them again.
